Mr. Bünger is admitted to the bar both in Germany (Berlin) and Italy and has 16 years of professional experience in both jurisdictions. He has also graduated from the University of Warwick with a master’s degree in international economic law.
Ms. Montanari has 13 years of experience as an Italian lawyer and has spent part of her professional career in the legal department of a leading German automotive company. Our German-speaking practice focuses mainly on commercial relations between Italy and the German-speaking countries, assisting domestic and foreign companies on any kind of cross-border transactions, especially in the areas of M&A, contracts and corporate law, such as setting up new companies and handling the governance of foreign-owned companies, as well as dealing with all aspects of supplier relationships, both in and out of court. The services offered by Dike Schindhelm further cover the entire area of data protection, with a noticeable experience in assuring compliance with the GDPR for a large number of Italian SMEs and multinational companies, and aspects of international taxation with a special focus on transfer pricing.
