Experience

Dr Liu has rich experience in international dispute resolution, crossborder M&A, international trade, and antitrust legal affairs. In 2013, Dr Liu was selected by the All China Lawyers Association to participate in the cross-border M&A course in Germany and other countries of EU. In 2016, Dr Liu was selected by the All China Lawyers Association to participate in the International Commercial Arbitration course in London. As for the area of international dispute resolution, Dr Liu has been the arbitration agent for cases in the ICC International Court of Arbitration, Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce, Arbitration Center of the International Cotton Association, Arbitration Center of the Singapore Commodity Exchange Limited, China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission, etc. Now Dr. Liu is the chairman of Weihai International Arbitration Court, and admitted as an arbitrator in the London Court of International Arbitration,Mongolian International Arbitration Center,Hainan International Arbitration Court and other Chinese arbitral institutes.
