At our first stop we were greeted by the welcoming staff at The Bistro in the Courtyard by Marriott. The full bar was a perfect start to the evening and the atmosphere set a relaxing mood. For the first of five courses, we were served delicious Asiago Grit Cake Topped with Shrimp & Tobasco Remoulade. One diner quoted: "This dish was excellent, unlike anything I’ve ever tasted. All of the flavors compliment each other very well. I really enjoyed it.”. Another diner stated “Really great taste combination, very enjoyable, perfect appetizer.”
