Soups & Sauces Taco Soup 1 Makes 8 to 10 Servings 1 pound lean ground beef 1 medium onion, chopped 3 cans Mexican-style chili beans 1 can whole kernel corn, undrained 16-ounce can chopped tomatoes, undrained 15-ounce can tomato sauce 1½ cups water 4½-ounce can chopped green chilies 1 package taco seasoning mix

Cook ground beef and onion in large Dutch oven. Stir in beans and all other ingredients except the toppings. Bring to boil; reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes. Elise Sandbach
