Soups & Sauces Mayer’s Quick Chili Serves 6 - 8 1 pound lean ground beef 2 medium onions, diced 1 to 5 mashed or chopped garlic cloves 2 tablespoons chili powder 2 tablespoons ground cumin 1 teaspoon salt (optional) 2 16-ounce cans Mexican style stewed tomatoes 2 15-ounce cans spicy chili beans
