Soups & Sauces Beef Stew 1 Serves 12 3 pounds beef, cut up in chunks (rather large pieces) 1 large can tomatoes ¹/³ cup Minute Tapioca 4 medium carrots 2 large onions 14 small red potatoes with skins on ¼ green pepper – cut up 2 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce 2 - 3 stalks of celery salt pepper
Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Place all ingredients except celery stalks in large covered pot. Mix with hands. Place whole celery stalks on top. Cook in oven 5 hours at 300 degrees. Joyce Dunmire
