Chicken, Broccoli, and Rice Casserole Serves 4 to 6 1 whole chicken breast, cooked and cut into small pieces 10-ounce package frozen chopped broccoli, thawed 1 can cream of chicken mushroom soup ½ soup can of water 1 3 ⁄ cup onion, chopped 4-ounce jar Cheez Whiz ¼ cup margarine or butter 1 cup Minute Rice, uncooked

Chicken

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Combine soup, water, onion, cheese, and margarine in 9” x 13” glass casserole dish. Heat in oven until melted. Stir mixture well, then add rice, broccoli, and chicken. Stir until well mixed. Cover casserole with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Gail Hobgood
