Pasta, Potatoes, & Rice Sweet Potato Casserole 1 Serves 6 to 8 ¾ cup butter 3 cups sweet potatoes (cooked) 2 eggs 1 cup sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring

Melt butter. Mash potatoes with ¾ cup butter. Add other ingredients. Combine topping ingredients and place on top of potato mixture. Bake at 350 degrees until brown. Judy DeMott
