Prepare noodles according to instructions. In a large Dutch oven, sauté onion and bell pepper until translucent. Add ground beef;crumble and cook until browned. Remove from heat. Add cottage cheese, 16 ounces mozzarella cheese, and noodles to pot. Mix thoroughly. Add 2 quarts marinara sauce; mix thoroughly. Pour into two greased 9” x 13” baking dishes; cover top with remaining marinara sauce and Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until cheese melts and is brown on top. Josie Parten
