At Thoroughbred Publishing (publisher of International Thoroughbred magazine), we are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. This Policy explains the personal information that we have, why we communicate to those people, how we use it, the conditions under which we may disclose it to others and how we keep it secure. Who are we?

We are Thoroughbred Publishing and we publish International Thoroughbred magazine, a dedicated thoroughbred and bloodstock industry magazine. In future we will be operating an associated website. The registered address is Plestor House, Farnham Road, Liss, Hampshire, GU33 6QJ

What information about you do we have and what do we do with it? Currently, the only information we hold about you is as follows:

1. Your name and email address, which are used to alert you to the publication of each free issue of International Thoroughbred online. 2. If you are a paid subscriber or receive courtesy copies of International Thoroughbred, we have a postal address on record in order that you receive each printed copy of the magazine 3. We do not keep any financial information We may occasionally email you regarding events and other publications that we are involved with, and we will keep you informed as regarding our future website development. We review our retention periods for personal information on a regular basis. We are legally required to hold some types of information to fulfil our statutory obligations.
