Brooklyn Drake 2oz Duck fat-washed Rye .5oz Dry vermouth .5oz Luxardo Maraschino liqueur 2 dashes Angostura bitters To make the duck fat-washed rye: combine rye and duck fat in a glass container. Let infuse at room temperature for 12 hours, then freeze overnight, then strain the rye through a chinois or cheesecloth. Fill a mixing glass with ice and add ingredients. Stir 15 seconds, strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a Luxardo cherry
