Zoom meeting update Thank you for attending the Zoom meeting last week. Below is an outline of the agreed actions from the meeting, as well as the progress made since then. Residents said Concerns about vibrations, trigger levels for the monitoring machines

Security measures, additional patrols in key areas, and CCTV options

Agreed actions/ update Paul Dwyer has organised visits to residents w/c 14 February to discuss their concerns. If you have any concerns about your property please contact Paul Dwyer so we can come and assess. We will provide updates on the vibration levels via a noticeboard on site. Neil Stubbings has spoken to council colleagues to immediately provide additional patrol cover. This will be once a night initially, but will increase shortly. Paul Dwyer is in contact with the police w/c 14 February and we are exploring other security options with Wates site team.

Neil Stubbings is taking this forward with Council colleagues to discuss options now and for the future. When we apply to connect to their network for the new development, they will calculate the impact and we will make the appropriate payments to strengthen their network sufficiently to maintain water pressures in the area. We will continue to monitor. Fish-eye mirror Neil Shaftain (Wates) confirmed this is in the correct position Window cleaner schedule We have scheduled to repeat the clean (front and backs) once demolition has ended. We recommend you retain your own cleaners if you have a regular schedule.
