Demolition is now complete and Erith have left site
•
The demolition material has now been removed from site
•
Capping layer to any remaining material is now complete
•
Full time security is still present on site along with camera monitoring

Works will commence to widening the bell mouth at the junction of London Road and St Andrews Road in late 2022, although this is reliant on statutory authorities.

Area of land between the Parish Centre and St Andrews Church identified as possible the first phase of meanwhile use space for the site

This part of the site is likely to be one of the later phases and therefore we would like to utilise this space for community benefit and social value
