Dear Resident, Reference: Mawney Close Semi-Independent Accommodation I am writing to let you know that the London Borough of Havering will be handing over possession of the current development site, to Marfleet & Blyth, the first week of January 2024. We are initiating the next phase in this programme of works, as such, over the coming weeks you may see some presence on site to enable some preparation works to begin.


The physical demolition of the garages will commence shortly after, we anticipate this being towards the end of January/early February, however a definitive date will be communicated as soon as confirmed.
