Thursday 11th January. RE: Commencement of works- Former Garage Site, Mowbrays Close
Dear Resident, We have been awarded the contract to work in partnership Havering Council to deliver the development of the former garage site. We anticipate starting onsite in the coming weeks and expect the build to complete early 2025. We appreciate that the demolition & building works may create a level of disruption but will take all reasonable measures to keep this to a minimum. Next week we will secure the site and undertake surveys to allow us to strip the site and create our site compound prior to undertaking the main build process. You may notice operatives and plant onsite during this period. Demolition works are due to start end of January / Start of February with temporary fencing installed to boundaries as garages are demolished and new boundary walls are installed. When the construction phase begins, we will have a site compound and a Site Manager, who will be happy to answer any queries you have, but please do not enter the site without their supervision.
