HAROLD HILL TOWN CENTRE

PHASE 2 June 2023

Have Your Say and Help Shape the Future of Harold Hill Town Centre

Dear Neighbour,

Harold Hill Town Centre is an important shared space that brings together businesses and residents from across the community. We want this to be a thriving place that reflects our local diversity and celebrates our town’s unique character.

Work is already underway to transform the town centre and help make it a vibrant and inviting place that meets the needs and aspirations of our community.

We have launched this public consultation to update you on the progress of our plans and to receive your feedback on the next phase of proposed works.

This consultation focusses on the second phase of works, which will deliver around 150 high-quality homes between Chippenham Road and Kings Lynn Drive, adjacent to Farnham and Hilldene shopping area.

Our plans will help ease local housing need by creating a new neighbourhood of affordable homes across six apartment complexes. Designed with health and wellbeing at their core, these new homes will be sustainably built, surrounding landscaped communal green spaces.

You can learn more about the plans and learn how to get involved overleaf.
