Bistro Tuá ofrece una primera impresión agradable. El local es más grande de lo que parece al entrar y está ambientado con una buena selección de música. La atmosfera es acogedora y parece ser la elección de varias parejas, aunque también acuden grupos más numerosos como el nuestro. La terraza donde nos sentamos tiene una excelente vista a los bosques de Muxbal, aunque si se visita de noche les recomendamos ir bien abrigados por que hace mucho frío.
Bistro Tuá offers a pleasant first impression. The area is bigger than it looks at the beginning and is accompanied by a good selection of music. The atmosphere is cozy and seems to be the choice of many couples, although there are also bigger groups, like ours. The deck where we took our table has a great view to the woods of Muxbal. We do recommend dressing appropriately if you go at night, because it is chilly outside.
De Tuá lo que nos impresiono fueron las deliciosas entradas: un bien logrado gratín de espinaca con queso azul y tocino, seguido de un interesante carpaccio de lomito marinado en jugo de naranja agria y un plato de calamares salteados a la plancha con mantequilla, perejil, jugo de limón y ajo rostizado, que resultó ser el realce de la noche.
What impressed us from Tuá were the entrées: a wellmade spinach gratin with blue cheese and bacon, followed by a delicious carpaccio of beef tenderloin marinated in sour orange juice and a plate of fried calamari grilled with butter, parsley, lemon juice and roasted garlic, which turned out to be the highlight of the night.
Una de las especialidades de la casa son las reducciones hechas con ingredientes naturales. De estas, la exquisita salsa de tamarindo con curry rojo y un toque de cítricos, fue la mejor. En resúmen, Bistro Tuá tiene bastante potencial que explotar para convertirse en una buena oferta gastronómica.
The home made sauces prepared with natural ingredients are the specialty of this restaurant. Among these, the exquisite tamarind sauce with red curry and a hint of citrus was the best. Bistro Tuá has potential to become a very good offer of international cuisine.
