Penelope Bourbon is truly creating waves in a very big bourbon community!

Created with the vision of standing apart from the rest; Michael Paladini (CEO and Founder) sat down with us this summer and explained how the recent acquisition from MGP Ingredients hasn’t changed his mindset or long term goals for the company that was started by selling bottles out of the back of his trunk with his wife, Kerry! Having the incredible mindset on work with who you love and what you love; Penelope Bourbon was created by the impending birth of Michael and Kerry’s daughter; Penelope; who was born 2018! Years later, they are now the founding members of one of leaders in the bourbon world.

Getting that change to Penelope “Rio,I was blown away by just the smell that lingered across the table before it was even poured! Cinnamon Toast Crunch is the best smell to compare it to smell wise...and taste wise!

Yea this Straight Bourbon Whiskey is finished in Honey and Amburana Barrels! At 98 proof, it’s packed with cinnamon, graham cracker and vanilla! To say this may be one of the most unique bourbons I’ve evertasted would surely be an understatement! With plans to re-release Penelope Valencia (batch 2); there is no telling where the future will bring Michael and his incredible team over at Penelope!
