Jazz Loft Guitar Festival

Peter Frampton calls him “one of his most favorite players…incredibly versatile…” Frampton is talking about John Jorgenson, the talent behind such successful country-rock bands as the Desert Rose Band and Hellcasters. Jorgenson will be performing at the Jazz Loft as part of the Monteleone Art of the Guitar festival, August 11-12. Jorgenson will be displaying his blistering guitar and mandolin licks on Friday, August 11 at 7 p.m. The festival, named for the world-renowned guitar craftsman John Monteleone, will feature two days and nights of demonstrations, exhibits, workshops and performances by Dario Napoli, John Jorgenson, Frank Vignola, Vinny Raniolo and Steve Salerno.

The festival will also include the first, ‘Iconic and Historic Guitar Collection’, including an incredible Blue Guitars exhibit, many guitars from John Monteleone’s workshop –his incredible Grand Central Station and others.
