The Mulberry Project is back serving up craft cocktails with ingredients of your choice. We took the first opportunity we had to make our way to The Alchemist and indulge in a cocktail or two. Sergio took sweet potato, coconut cream, pineapple and ginger made us a medley of cocktails of which the highlight was the Sanaa, a delightful mix of red pepper, lemongrass and gin!
