PRIDE AT THE PARADE Last year, the Antwerp Pride parade became an instant hit. Loads of sun, ten thousands of visitors and the fabulous surroundings of the quays at the River Scheldt: those were the ingredients that made the previous edition of Antwerp Pride one to remember. We’re going for nothing less this year. Many new participants will be joining the parade after the great impression it made last year. Definitely worth mentioning are the athletes from the worldOutgames 2013, who will accompany the parade to end up at Wave Festival for the official worldOutgames Closing Ceremony. The Wave Festival kicks of at a new location this year and the entrance to the festival will be free! Join the athletes and the parade visitors for the main open-air festival of Antwerp Pride! Starting point of the parade is ‘Waterpoort’ at Vlaamse Kaai.
