Interview with an International Student MR. MMUBWANGOLO NEHEMIE, is a 1st year BCA student at Galgotias University. He is citizen of Democratic Republic of Congo. The G-Post team interviewed him and what they found is presented here for the readers. Q: Why did you choose to study at Galgotias University (G.U)?

A: When you get a great education system, the required skills and knowledge, jobs will follow. And we hope that Galgotias will provide us with the same so that we get the best jobs placements possible. Q: Give some suggestions for the growth and development of Galgotias University. A: G. U. is still in its growing stage and we hope to see better rooms in the hostel and food from all countries in the hostels, and a good variety of food in the cafeteria. Since we are international students, we have no knowledge of Hindi and therefore would like teachers and faculty members and other administrative staff to speak in English only, in the University. This will create a truly international atmosphere at the university.

A: - From the information of Galgotias University website, we found that GU emphasizes on practical teaching together with theory thus providing industrial relevant knowledge .We also were impressed with the profile of faculty members at GU, espeQ: Would you recommend G.U. to other students? cially the international faculty. Looking at the performance that Galgotias has achieved in its first year, we can deduce that Galgotias has a very bright future. So we chose to study at Galgotias University. Q: How is life at G.U? A: It is academically a wonderful place. The learning atmosphere is fantastic. We have very experienced and highly qualified faculty members. There is fairness in academics and grading systems which creates a sense of academic safety. This is unlike what we have back home in our country. There is no politics or corruption in the academic systems. Q: How are your fellow friends and the classroom atmosphere? A: It is warm, positive, relaxed, and the teachers share a more

A: Yes, because our experiences have been great so far and we would like to bring more of our countrymen to G.U. The International office also has really helped us in integrating into the University .They are very caring and supportive to us and on the whole Super Nice. We feel at home in the University rather than outside. Q: To sum up, could pick up a highlight of your time at G.U.? A: The atmosphere at the Freshers’ Party, and the a few gastronomical discoveries and in this instance, the discovery of traditional Indian sweets.
