TITLE OF PRESENTATION: Social Return Synopsis: The project is a co-operation of health care services, social services, integration agencies, employment agencies and educational institutions. The rehabilitation plan is based on an individual’s holistic assessment for setting goals for further personal development and full participation in work and community. Presenter: Soffia Gisladottir, Director of the Directorate of Labour in North and East Iceland. Short Biography: Soffía graduated in Pedagogy and Educational Science in 1994. A former Director of Social Services in NE Iceland and a former Director of a LLL Center in Akureyri, IS. A project Coordinator for Social Return since 2004 and a Deputy Member of the Icelandic Parliament from 1999–2003.
