Luis Garcia

Luis Garcia is the publisher and founder of Floyd Magazine. Along with proprietor Rob Cluxton, who handles distribution they own the magazine and work together to produce it. Work for the Spring/Summer issue begins in January and the magazine arrives in Floyd Virginia on March 20th. Work for the Fall/Winter issue begins in June and the magazine arrives in Floyd on September 20th. It's a free publication and funded with the support of over 100 local businesses.
