The design of this project was conditioned by the slope of the site section. The terraces were used to set the building over the leaned soil. A prism defines the volume of both architectures placed in a symmetrical position to avoid interfering in between the neighbours privacy. El diseño de este proyecto estaba condicionado por la pendiente de la sección del sitio. Las terrazas se utilizaron para establecer el edificio sobre el suelo inclinado. Un prisma define el volumen de ambas arquitecturas colocados en una posición simétrica para evitar interferir en la privacidad entre vecinos.
