Iconic Champagne brand, Dom Pérignon, recently presented its new Vintage 2003 – Plénitude 2 bottle alongside four great Spanish Chefs (Albert Adrià, Quique Dacosta, Paco Pérez and Eneko Atxa). The Chefs joined forces to create a special menu for the launch. Created in the year 2003 – one that ‘forever changed the history of Champagne’ owing to the dramatic effects of climate change.
