Her novel ‘Stone Baby’ won her the CWA award for New Crime Writer of the Year, while ‘Billie Morgan’ saw her shortlisted for the Orange Prize. Professor Deborah Philips talks about Treasure Island, introduced by Dr Irralie Doel.
