Booties will be provided to you at the first home you choose to tour. These booties are yours to keep and must be worn over your socks each time you enter a home and removed as you leave. The booties protect floor coverings from dirt and oils.

homeowner or to the builder, and he or she may not want pictures or measurements taken for various reasons. Please ask permission before taking pictures.
neighborhoods Please consider where and how you park, be sensitive to noise, and walk on pavement, sidewalks, or designated travel routes.

2013 OF PARADE OF HOMES
In 1993 on September 11th and 12th the Helena Home Builders presented their first annual Parade of Homes. The Parade of Homes is a showcase of new homes held annually. The Salt Lake Home Builders Association started this nationwide tradition back in 1946. Alternatively known as the Tour of Homes in some locales, it is often presented by the local Home Builders Association (HBA) or Building Industry Association (BIA). The Parade of Homes typically showcases high-end designer homes, both new construction and remodeled homes. Helena’s first Parade included four custom-built homes by Pierce and Associates, Hamlin Construction, Lindsay Construction, and Golden Eagle Construction, all builders that are still building homes in Helena and Members of the HBIA. Golden Eagle Construction is actually presenting a home in this year’s Parade.

Brian is also a retired military veteran of over 22 years and brings great pride and the will to succeed with any project he pursues. Brian believes in a hands-on approach and is personally involved in all phases of the construction
project. Through his leadership, he and his team perform well with every task involved in building. Over the years, Beason Enterprises Inc. has built up a great working relationship with all of our local vendors and subcontractors. Doing business with local folks is very important to us. With his vast knowledge and experience of what types of products work and will stand the test of time, he is able to help his customers understand the technical information of products and the steps of building their new home for a lifetime of enjoyment. This contemporary, Europeanstyle timber frame is decidedly sophisticated. At 3650 square feet, the home captures stunning views of the North Hills, Lake Helena, and the surrounding Elkhorn Mountains with a modern array of Sierra Pacific windows. Its minimalist style allows the home owners to enjoy an uncluttered lifestyle, either within the spacious and open floor plan or outside by the monolithic concrete fireplace. The kitchen countertops are moonlight granite and are wonderfully reminiscent of Carrera marble, but offer much more resilience. They are juxtaposed against the dark cabinets, and highlighted by state-of-the-art stainless steel appliances. Adjacent to the kitchen is a custom made dining table, set on the locally harvested and milled fir flooring. The sitting room is punctuated by another monolithic fireplace and sitting nook, formed entirely out of concrete and anchoring the entire house. Walk-in pantry, powder room and a spacious laundry flank the walls between the kitchen and
two car garage. A “Mom’s HQ”’ utilizes the space at the bottom of the stairs and on the way to owners’ suite: This luxurious space has its own French door that opens to the sheltered patio and exterior fireplace. From the sleeping quarters an opening leads past the double walk-in closets to the spalike bathing area. Upstairs is a large family area overlooking the sitting room, and a very spacious work station – designed for three very creative children.
