evin Keeler pioneered the Coffee Shack in 1993 on 11th Avenue. In fact, for over three year, Kevin was the only employee and he could be seen daily serving coffee to the
local customers. After 18 years, the Coffee Shack has expanded from one location to three so now all roads lead to the Coffee Shack! “Shack 1,” the original location on 11th, offers both dine-in and drive through service, as well as breakfast and lunch options. “Shack 2” opened on Last Chance Gulch in 2004; and the third location, “Shack 3,” opened on Colonial Drive across from the Red Lion Hotel in 2005. The kiosks have a simple design; however, the difference with the Coffee Shack kiosks is the fact that both locations have fresh water and bathroom facilities inside the building. The convenience of water and sewer, often missing in traditional kiosks, is vital.

Keeler roasts his own coffee beans and prides himself on being the best cup of joe in town. The Montana Maid coffee brand can be purchased by the bag exclusively at “Shack 1” or in bulk directly through Kevin.
