RETRO RELATIVES: LULU AND DEMA First up is whom I like to call the Retro Relatives, Lulu Al Muhaidib and Dema Al Bawardi. These fanny-packwearing 20-something-year olds can be spotted parading the streets of Shoreditch, London sporting vintage clothing that only looked, at best, half as good on the rack. For years prior, Al Muhaidib, the older of the two cousins, studied business to no avail. If passion was the key to success,
then Al Muhaidib knew she wouldn’t find it in this field. She struggled for years to convince her family that fashion is a viable career, until they took it as seriously as she did. She's currently taking courses in the University of Art London, along with her cousin Al Bawardi. If these aspiring designers’ unique street styles are any indication of their taste as designers, then we’re in for a treat. Warm up your credit card, Saudi, once these two are finished with their journey we’ll all be lining up for a piece of the Retro Relatives.

Perhaps Al Dakhil’s proudest Nouf Al Dakhil’s, aka Nouf achievement was introduced Dee, passion for fashion was when she had convinced inherited, not acquired. The spark was lit and Al Dakhil set out to complete her journey, My mom started which included getting a making this pink skirt, fashion degree from Syracuse but she never finished University in New York. it.
