DIYAR AL SALAM A Community Within a Community Sultan Batterjee, President and Founder of Lifestyle Developers, launches its latest residential development in the heart of Jeddah.

Dalal Al Fadhol, proud mother of Sultan Batterjee, President and Founder of Lifestyle Developers, laid the foundation for Diyar Al Salam (Homes of Peace), a massive housing project consisting of eight buildings, 140 residential units and eight penthouses.
The buildings are connected by an expansive, elevated sky garden with a vast 50 meter long reflecting pool, the longest in Saudi Arabia. The project features an array of state of the art facilities, including health clubs, a library, day care, and multipurpose club room. A community within a community, Diyar Al Salam is an urban retreat within the city, designed to evoke a sense of tranquility and serenity. From this a concept was born, in which the “Dove of Peace” became the symbol of the project and the prevailing theme throughout the development, inspired by the nature of its name, Diyar Al Salam. The project is perfectly positioned in the heart of the city, in Al Salama District behind Ice Land, between Al Madinah Road and Prince Sultan Street. It aims to offer affordable luxury housing options to the community.

In her speech at the inauguration event, Al Fadhol expressed her admiration and pride regarding her son’s achievements and urged the youth to set goals and work hard to accomplish them. Al Fadhol is the first Saudi woman to launch such a massive real estate project; an initiative that reflects the social status mothers have in society and the important role they play in making decisions affecting Saudi families.
