“We thought about creating a gesture for the community, but we believed in executing it in an untraditional way with an idea that really helps people in our community in a very productive and direct approach,” points out Salman Al Sabban, the Corporate Marketing Manager of LG Saudi Arabia. Relatives of the newlyweds or the bride and groom themselves can sign up on the LG microsite, filling in details such as location of the “Milkah” and other details for LG’s team to survey and decide.

Staying true to their motto “Life’s Good,” LG has launched an initiative called “Wedding Festival” that aims to help newly married couples with some of their expenses by providing free home appliances such as refrigerators, washing machines, dishwashers, etc. to those who are not able to fully cover these costs.
