The New Way of Life We at Destination believe that taking care of our city and its people is our prime responsibility.
1. CLEAN UP litter at parks and Thumamah with a group of friends. 2. RECYCLE WASTE by disposing them off to recycling bins or reusing the items to create new products for our homes. 3. ALWAYS TURN THE LIGHTS, AC AND TV OFF when not in use to conserve energy. 4. KEEP THE WORKPLACE CLEAN at all times by putting everything in place and throwing away trash. 24 DESTINATION RIYADH APRIL 2016
Be the helping hand of community by doing your part. Every piece of effort counts.
5. PAINTING SPEED BUMPS a different color as indication for cars to avoid accidents. 6. HOLD A GARAGE SALE of excessive things we have been hoarding for a while, and donating the proceeds to charity. 7. GO TO A RANDOM DISTRICT and teach its people a certain skill like origami or painting; something they can cherish.
8. KEEP WATER, SNACKS AND CAT FOOD IN OUR CARS for those occasions when you meet a thirsty human or cat. 9. ORGANIZE PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT WORKSHOPS for the less fortunate in order for them to acquire skills that can make them financially independent.
#VIVA RIYADH 10. SPREAD KINDNESS. As cheesy as this one sounds, it's the simplest and most important one. These are just a few ideas that we spoke about at our office, there’s a lot more out there that we can do. It’s just about commitment.
