Truth

Burning calories is the result of work. The harder you work, the Sweating is a more calories you burn. More effort sign of calorie increases your heart rate and your breathing. Sweat can be the result of many other factors. But only effort results in calorie burn. And to shape up, it essentially depends on these two factors most: effort and nutrition.
