Et les 9% représentent particulièrement la ville d’Agadir, le reste étant constitué de montagnes et de désert. Il ne pense pas qu’il y ait un grand contraste par rapport à la pauvreté. En effet, la pauvreté moyenne est de 13%. L’objectif est de la réduire à 9% au niveau national. Concernant l’Education, le Président rappelle l’importance de la coopération. Il y a, pour l’heure, cinq coopérations décentralisées.
