epuis sa nomination à la tête de l’Agence Urbaine de Rabat-Salé (AURS) en 2010, le Directeur Général, M. Khalid OUAYA, travaille sur plusieurs chantiers, entre autres: la mise en place des assises à un développement durable de la capitale, une plus grande transparence et une meilleure qualité du niveau des prestations rendues par l’Agence. Ainsi, l’AURS a été la première Agence Urbaine marocaine certifiée «ISO 9001». Elle est en charge de la planification, de la gestion urbaine, ainsi que du suivi des chantiers. Pour Khalid Ouaya, l’Agence Urbaine doit mettre en œuvre «une politique des villes s’appuyant sur une stratégie de marketing territorial: de meilleures infrastructures attirent davantage les hommes, les capitaux et les investissements», confirme-t-il après en avoir fait l’objet d’une rencontre avec les représentativités diplomatiques de Rabat (Photo ci-haut).

ince his appointment to head the Urban Agency of RabatSalé (AURS) in 2010, the Director General, Mr. Khalid OUAYA, has been working on several projects, including: the setting up of the foundations for sustainable development of the capital, greater transparency and a better quality of services provided by the Agency. Thus, AURS was the first Moroccan Urban Agency certified «ISO 9001». It is in charge of planning, urban management, and projects monitoring. For Khalid Ouaya, the Urban Agency should implement «a city policy based on a territorial marketing strategy: better infrastructure attract more men, capitals and investments», he says after a meeting with the diplomatic representatives of Rabat (Photo above).
