Introduction

WEBSTER defines it as ”the body of real things, events or facts”. TRUTH does not care how things “appear” or look politically or whether it’s genuine reality harms or benefits another in its appearance. It simply is…TRUTH.

But History is a created record of events; it is at best, a poor second cousin to TRUTH.

This book is a collection of TRUTH. It is expressed in testimonies, artistic images, stories and even poems, all telling the story of a dying light of Freedom, of a persecution of birthright Liberties, of a weaponization of the powers of Justice, and of a desperate hope for a national Resurrection of the Republic.

The Authors and artists within these pages are trying to send a message to those with ears to listen to its warnings. They represent a pursued and persecuted cadre of patriotic citizens of America, who have a firm belief that their native land is dying at the hands of tyranny. They answered a call to celebrate Freedom, to pray for National Grace, to raise their voices in dissent over a questioned election process

and outcome. They now are the pursued, the vilified, the phantom Insurrectionists the left is so afraid of. Many have been hunted and captured, confined and denied. Their words and messages form the warp and weft of a tapestry of national tragedy, the dying light of a free nation.

In long human confinements, there often appears a spark of inspiration and sometimes even genius, that was otherwise inaccessible when the mind was married to the busy moments of a life in full play. But faced with long hours and days of isolation, introspection and solitude, that spark is sometimes fanned to a brightening flame. This fire can often find its outlet expressed in Stories, Art and Poems, but sometimes simply in the poetic sharing of insights and revelations that the quietude of Confinement creates, shared in letters and messages from within the gulags of confinement.

Lesson 1  CREATION

“On January 6th, 2021, real American Patriots were fed up with Election Fraud and stood up against the establishment.”

This simple statement describes the beginnings of one of the most dangerous and momentous times in America’s modern existence. As a result of the 2020 presidential election and the deadly events surrounding the protests and rallies of January 6th, the fortunes of America suffered a reversal of trust, integrity, and justice. She began a rapid and precipitous decline from greatness . . . and that suffering and decline continues even today, two and a half years later, at the writing of this Lesson.

The events surrounding that astounding election and the response of a vast multitude of the American public on January 6th, set off a chain of events that few Americans, save those who contrived and perhaps planned it all, would have ever anticipated. The citizen Patriots who traveled to Washington, D.C. that day to hear Patriotic speeches and present their own voices in opposition to what many perceived as a

contrived and stolen election, were met with an event that would destroy many of their lives and families. One that would imperil the sense of Justice in America that defines her contract with her citizens.

And here is where this Lesson begins.

In the fall of 2022, over 128 men and women incarcerated for the events of January 6th, were now publicly labeled by the MainStream Media, Pelosi’s illegitimate January 6th Committee, and the Biden administration’s corrupt DOJ as insurrectionists and domestic terrorists. Many were entering their second year of imprisonment, some without ever having received their trials or even being granted the ability to prepare their defenses. The DOJ and the DC District courts had effectively slow-walked each and every case until the process of Justice became the preordained Punishment for these Patriot’s thought crimes.

The DOJ and the administration had diabolically created their perfect Arch of Injustice, one that precisely and geometrically surrounded and

enveloped these men and women in a trap of unprecedented complexity, danger, and lethality. But after more than two years of confinement, the prisoners of January 6th had acquired a dedicated and growing community of like-minded citizens and patriots–people who now constantly communicated with and succored the needs of these new age political prisoners. They were undoing this curve of punishment by selfless donations to legal funds, commissary*; and most importantly, the supportive words, prayers and rallies on their behalf.

The first book of the AMERICAN GULAG CHRONICLES - LETTERS FROM PRISON told their heart-wrenching stories of that day and the price they paid for their beliefs and patriotism over those first difficult months. Now, here in this first Lesson they reveal their best kept and hard earned secrets: The Arts of Confinement.

* The prison commissaries refers to a facility or store within a prison or correctional institution where inmates can purchase various goods and personal items. In many prison systems, inmates are not allowed to possess certain items, and the commissary provides a controlled and regulated way for them to obtain approved products. Supporters can provide help by contributing to their commisary accounts. Generally inmates can purchase from the commissary every 2 weeks and the total amount is limited to a maximum set by the facility, enforcing equal access possibly to make it “fair” for all inmates regardless of their financial standing. Several organizations provide a way for people to donate to funds that in turn send contributions to inmates’s commissary accounts as needed. It is important to remember that families who lost their primary bread winner are usually under tremendous financial stress and taking care of their loved one in jail is expensive.

Thanks for reaching out to me. Chris is still in Northern Neck jail awaiting resolution of dietary issues resulting in significant weight loss. To push this situation forward he is refusing to eat their food at all and has for the past 15 days existed on protein bars. His attorney has filed a habeas corpus motion to have him released. In addition he has filed today an emergency request to meet with the judge on Chris’s behalf. The trial date has been extended until sometime in April 2023. A full 2 years from his initial incarceration. I have taken charge of the give send go funding efforts to try to offset some of the horrendous legal fees. I tried to contact all Patriots who have so generously donated but we still need to raise at least another $100K as anticipated cost will exceed $350k. Glad you are staying up to date with all my podcasts and interviews, the J6 world is vast & we have drawn together a beautiful gathering of patriots and Christians. Like this past weekend!!! Wow! The turn out was superb. Couldn’t be more proud of my team, Kelly, Hoang, Cara, my dad, and all the speakers :). How blessed are we! Thank you kindly for your thoughts and prayers in this time of need for myself and my family. I see you were a Florida native at one time. Unfortunately this is my first time. Wish it was on better terms, but I’ll make it back soon sure to take it on. I’m a California native. I just asked to come to Florida at the sentencing for weather to help with my depression while incarcerated. This was very hard on my wife and kids, as well as myself, which led to a divorce after 23 years together with my son’s mother.

Funny enough but my sons are also in Washington State right outside of Spokane in a little town called Deer Park. That’s actually where I met my wife in high school and lived from 97 to 2001. Sorry if my letter is scattered I’ve had to get back to it a few times lol. I could use all the help I can get while incarcerated. Thank you all for the prayers and support. The men have been moved across to the CDF facility. They are in their own separate wing of the larger general population pod. They each have their own cells. They were able to shower and call their loved one this afternoon. I did confirm that Bart is still being medically treated and went for a treatment today (Praise the Lord!). Not much about the ongoing investigation but our men are safe and their spirits are high. That’s what matters at this moment. They might be bent, but they will not break!

We will continue fighting the fight. Gateway Pundit. Dinesh D’Souza. The Absolute Truth. Stew Peters. Epoch Times. We are creating waves. Continue to demand action from the US Marshal’s and the government officials. Don’t give up. Don’t give in. Continue to be the voice for those men in there.

Incident at the DC Gulag: Messages from James McGrew indicated a DOC officer assaulted a J6 prisoner, Ron McAbee. Barton Shively confirms the abuse in the following message.

Good afternoon

We just had an situation here at the jail one of our guys was assaulted by a officer here at the pod....we were doing nothing wrong and she came in causing all kinds of problems...so she told the CO to cuff him and we all stood together in defence..so they came in full force macing everyone ...

We are currently on a hunger strike in the pod!!

Please tell the world about this terrible situation....she needs to be fired....she does nothing but cause strife and problems every time she comes in here....its not right.

Please tell everyone you can we are all on a hunger strike the world needs to know how bad were being treated!!!!!!

They just brought Mac back into the unit, they are placing him on lockdown in a upstairs cell here with us on the unit....This is all well more than Bullshit, we want Answers to why Officers that are named in Lawsuits for their conduct against us as January 6th defendants are still working our units. We want answers from the Department Of Justice and the US Marshall’s Service. We need people to demand these questions are Answered.

Ok they have everyone back in the unit, however they are placing them all on lockdown in upstairs cells.

Update,

They are trying to Charge Ryan Nichols, Bart Shively, and Ronnie Sandlin with assaulting Officer Lt. Lancaster. These guys did nothing wrong other then come to the aid of a brother who was on the ground after being tackled. They literally stood around and yelled at officers to stop assaulting January 6th defendant McAbee. Mac was sprayed by officers at point blank range, all for being non combative and demanding answers to why he had been hit and sprayed repeatedly. America this is gross abuse of power and has to stop. We need your help.

My Dear Sister and Fellow Patriot, Lydia, Your regular letters are a real encourager – Thank You! Not just for me but for all of the J6 Political Prisoners, again, Thank You!

I hope that this drawing, a gift presented to you by me, in appreciation for said encouragement is enjoyed for years to come. It is a simple gesture but my sincere way of “Thanks”. So, here at Central Virginia Regional Jail… we are not afforded the luxury of pencil and eraser, so I’ve had to learn cheap flex pen handling… Making the best of it. The colors are made from coffee, M&M’s, or the combination of both. I used a flex pen and chunk of hair from my head to make a rat tail paint brush. (Smiley Face) I have learned to be creative (and they say you can’t teach an old dog new tricks) LOL.

In case if you have no idea who I am:

I am a 64 year old man from Linden, Michigan. I’ve been happily married to the same beautiful lady for 38 years. We have three wonderful adult kids and two of the most precious grandbabies ever created (smiley face), at least we think so. They are our pride and joy. (Heart)

In October of 2021, I was diagnosed with a number of heart issues. I was put on a “LifeVest” (portable Defibrillator) three weeks later. I was arrested on 02-22-2022 for stopping bad cops from beating innocent peaceful protesters. In April, while incarcerated (4.20.22) I had a 119 second “Flat Line”. I was in solitary confinement, and it only took “Them” 1 hour and

8 minutes to finally get me off the concrete floor where I had passed out and smacked my noggin. I was eventually taken to the University of Virginia and two days later became the proud owner of my very own pacemaker. I’m fairing decently for the most part. But still get extremely dizzy at times.

On 10-06-22, I had a bond hearing. However, the judge has not made a decision yet! The FBI (who are a danger to our communities) have told them that I am a danger to my community…FBI is trying their best to involve me with the Michigan Governor, Gretchen Whitmer case (I know a couple of the guys), although I’ve never been arrested or questioned in that case! I ran for sheriff in 2020 (Flint, MI is my county seat) I didn’t win but I did get 40% of the vote. (I did well against a 17-year liberal incumbent).

I am also an ordained minister of Christ (Non-Denominational) and have been holding regular Bible Studies in our medical pod…. Last night, (Sunday) we had a shower Baptism. It was Glorious! Ephesians 6:10 is extremely evident in here, but God is moving mightily. I am personally just completing my 5th read of the entire WORD, since being incarcerated….It definitely helps the time to go by faster and I’m learning so much by getting a panoramic view of the GOD Head, Eternity, Love, Righteousness and His consistency. Crazy, how after being a believer for 41-years, how one can still be taught! (Heart)

I am excited to see what happens on Nov. 8th….From what my wife tells me, the various letters from you Patriots across America, plus a small amount of static news talk radio that I listen to in the

evenings, it is looking good.

IF WE CAN ONLY STOP THE THEFT OF OUR ELECTIONS.

Hi Barbara!

Thank you so much for your letters! I appreciate your prayers and you’re taking the time to write me. I was originally arrested on February the 25th 2021.

I spent two months in the DC Gulag and was then released on bond . I was on a GPS ankle monitor and a very strict schedule for over 10 months until my bond was revoked because I committed the terrible sin or speaking to my wife. The prosecution labeled my wife a “witness” in my case and the judge set, as a condition of my bond, a rule that I couldn’t talk to her. So now I’ve been incarcerated for a total of 10.5 months. I have zero violent charges and zero destructive charges. The worst charge I have is the felony obstruction. I pleaded guilty to that charge 2 months ago then found out I was assigned a new judge who did not accept my plea deal. Judge Nichols doesn’t think my actions that day meet the threshold of what would make me guilty. My case was stayed and what happens next depends on what the SCOTUS ends up determining about the obstruction charge. What frustrates and confuses me is why on earth I’m still in jail… There have been two others I know of pleaded guilty to the same charge and were sentenced to 8 and 9 months respectively. My new judge told my lawyer to file a motion for my release sir, but that was a month ago. I haven’t heard anything from my attorney since.

I do not know what my next move should be, but I do know that I’m totally unhappy with my lawyer.

Since my arrest I’ve lost everything I owned. I lost my wife and my best friend who is now with my wife… I am having to completely start from scratch once I’m finally released. My mother came out of retirement and is working two part time jobs to pay

my truck payment (the only thing I have left) and send me a little money for phone time so I can call her and my 9 year old daughter. I finally convinced her to start a GiveSendGo campaign. It was launched about a month ago. We are simply trying to raise enough money to help enroll me in Driving School so I can obtain my CDL. I can’t go back to the two jobs I had before I was arrested so I must start a new career path. Truck driving is what I’ve decided I want to do.

If you or anyone in your congregation are able, or are so inclined, my GSG is listed under my mother’s name, Angela Norwood. I think it says “Please help me help my son.” If you can’t give that’s perfectly fine as well. I would ask that maybe you can find the GSG page and share it among any networks of patriots who may be willing and able to help. I’m doing OK. Just reading a lot. I like Don Winslow, David Baldacci, Jeffrey Deaver, Michael Crichton, Tom Clancy, John Grisham, and Ken Follett. The Jack Reacher books are my favorite. When I’m not reading, I like to do Sudoku Samurai level 5 puzzles. The guards will print them for me. I listen to talk radio a lot. Chris Plant is my favorite, he’s funny. Then Mark Levine. I’m in solitary confinement now, I’ve been for eight months straight so far. I did a year in Florida before they brought me up here. I focus a lot on God and the Bible.

I’m a retired US Army staff sargent. I was in the 82nd airborne and the 1st armored division. Went to Iraq and Afghanistan.

Lesson 2  PERSISTENCE

October is a time for the harvest and the cool touches of fall, brightly colored leaves surrendering their holds to create a landscape of fiery colors carpeting all.

But inside the gulags of America’s prisons, time and seasons have little meaning except as a day upon the calendar. The separation from family and society often numbs any spirit of seasonal recognition or celebrations. Instead, it often encourages silence and a brooding isolation

Surviving these punishing periods while remembering the joys of past seasons is often more painful than helpful. These memories cannot be banished; they are warp and weft of the “WHO” each of these people were and are in normal life. They persist in their hearts and minds, returning to haunt their thoughts in the quiet moments, giving pain and comfort simultaneously to the unjustly imprisoned and criminal alike.

There is an “art” to surviving torture and isolation, as any military veteran who has passed SERE (Survival, Evasion, Resistance, Escape) training can tell you. Sometimes it involves going to another place in

your mind, to a safe mental haven from physical discomfort and pain… but sometimes, just sometimes, it involves facing and embracing that discomfort until its presence is numbed and forgotten. The men and women prisoners of January 6th, 2021, have used both methods to survive their confinement and turn their awful circumstances into moments of internal reflection and analysis. Reflections of a normal life, of family and of choices, those already made and those yet undecided. Sometimes the memories sustain, and other times, they create a yearning that cannot be filled–a yearning for the lost, loving familial embraces and contact they once knew.

In the letters of this period of their confinement, you begin to see their firm persistence in faith, their determination to communicate their stories to America as the antidote to their long and wasted confinement. They do so in hopes that their messages, reaching true patriot’s ears and eyes, will give encouragement to the American spirit of resistance and the cause of Truth. Despite often being punished for voicing their

anti-regime testimonies, beliefs and views, they persevere in revealing the truth about their past and present circumstances. The spirit of resistance shines in their words to their supporters and in the art of their expressions. It is a lesson we might all learn from as

we face our own challenges and adversities of life in this troubled time. Persistence, Faith, and a Belief in a future, are the Manna of the persecuted. Closely study this lesson, and try to find their secret to internal peace and the power of human resistance.

Hey party people. My name is Christian Matthew Manley. I am a Marine Corps veteran, government contractor in the unexploded ordnance community, and a generally goofy fella. I spent 26 years of my life not giving a single solitary f#### about politics. I am very libertarian. Leave me alone, I Leave you alone, everybody IS happy. I didn’t begin to even think about paying attention until this COVID insanity started and ugly b#### behind a cash register, making minimum wage who are absolutely nothing, and will never be anything, started attempting to “Order” me to wear a mask. Karen do you even know what in God’s name you’re talking about? I am trained in chemical, Biological, Radiological, and nuclear warfare and the way to not get dead in that situation requires chemical suits, decontamination tents, and a great deal more common sense than you will ever have. So tell me one more time why I can’t be in this f#### convenience store.

And then came the morning after the election. At that point it was a game on and within two months I was at the Capitol pepper spraying cops and screaming obscenities. I have had 14 months to think about it and my conclusion is “I am an idiot.” I want nothing more than for this bs to be over and done with so I can go back to being a single hot piece of a## getting laid every week. Unfortunately I was just convicted of assault, though, and I’m looking at 4-5 years. I get sentenced April 25th. Wish me luck y’all and God speed.

My trial is over and surprise surprise, even though 30+ agents, informants, etc. said we did “no planning to enter the Capitol or stop the election”, I am found guilty of SEDITIOUS Conspiracy. They don’t care that they tear your life apart and they care what you have to do to put it back together.

Thank you for the very nice article about YHWH, I have heard that before. There’s a good book I read called “Whisper - How to Hear the Voice of God by Mark Batterson.” His ministry is here in DC. I’ve wished and prayed for the same thing you have, for everyone in here to be saved; I even held a Bible study daily for the longest…unfortunately, it’s not the case. Even more disturbingly, some in here are pretending to be Christian to take advantage of good hearted Americans and scam them out of fundraising donations – more on that after my sentencing. My sentencing was supposed to be on December 13, but they pushed it back to January 13, like they always do.

I’m sorry to hear about Hawaii. I love tropical places – haven’t been there yet though (just Bermuda and the Bahamas). I totally believe God is in control. Still, believers have to be bold in the face of this tyranny. “For God gave us a spirit of fear but of power and love and self-control.” 2 Timothy 1:7. I checked the notes just to make sure I wasn’t using that out of context and the notes said: “The Greek (deilia - fear) an extra biblical literature refers to one who flees from battle, and has a strong pejorative sense referring to cowardice. Boldness, not cowardice, is a mark of the Spirit (see Prov. 28:1, Acts 4:31).

The majority of churches, priests and pastors, went along with the Covid narrative and willingly closed churches down. While we were still able to sit elbow to elbow on airplanes… And we wonder why more people died of suicide than Covid.

I hope the Lord blesses you and your family with the gift of his perfect peace this Christmas and a sense of his presence in your heart every day. Keep praying for your kids to invite Jesus Christ into their hearts as I will, nothing is impossible for the Holy Spirit. May his light guide you to a new year bright with Hope.

I’m sorry it took so long to write back. I’ve had (still do actually) a massive backlog of letters to reply. I didn’t write at all during trial — It was an exhausting experience. The Jail wakes you up at 4am every morning to out-process and transfer us to the US marshals at the courthouse, then trial all day (which is incredibly stressful) and then out-process back to the jail, back in my cell by 7pm. Dinner. Sleep. Cycle ends, repeat for two straight months. Then a barrage of Christmas letters to reply to on top of the 2 months trial backlog. So anyway, I sincerely apologize for taking so long to reply.

Speaking of trial, yes, you’re 100% right — it was a complete farce! The FBI/prosecution fabricated evidence out of thin air, lied under oath, and falsified testimony, seized all the people’s rifles–then tried to hold me responsible for some rifle I’ve never seen in my life, they altered video/audio evidence, they fakified documents, it’s CRAZY! We (the defense) had to subpoena, a FBI agent to prove another FBI agent was lying under oath! The police officer, (Harry Dunn – a BLM “protester”, and friend of Nancy Pelosi) who was rescued by my codefendants, testified and said, “I didn’t need their help… F them! Seriously! Even though HIS OWN TESTIMONY stated that he needed help if the Oathkeepers, my codefendants, stood in front of him and kept the crowd back, so he could catch his breath. All of that was filmed and he refuted not just his own testimony, but video evidence! Speaking of Nancy Pelosi, her “personal security escort”, (special agent Lazarus) lied about where he was and what he saw.

We proved he was “incorrect in his testimony” (lied) too… also with video evidence. Every… single… day… for two months… What a steady stream of lies, fabricated evidence, obfuscation, altered video/audio, and you don’t have to take my word for it either. It’s in the courtroom transcripts and published (publicly available) evidence. We caught them and exposed it! Justice is DEAD! I was facing Life in Prison, without the possibility of parole, for crimes I did not commit, a life sentence… and they really tried, stooping to impossible Lows to succeed. The DC jury of Democrats from all of us NOT GUILTY of Destruction of Government Property. We were a half mile away, on the other side of town, on camera, when the damage was done. That same liberal DC jury found most of us (myself included) not guilty of Seditious Conspiracy too… even DC Democrats had to agree that we were (and are innocent). They found us GUILTY of everything else… Conspiracy and Obstruction of an Official Proceeding… basically, a “you’re guilty of being there…” verdict. Our own evidence proved there was no conspiracy, no plan, no wink-anda-node agreement, to Obstruct anything. In fact, evidence shows that we thought the certification of the election was over before we left the White House Ellipse… supported by testimony, audio evidence, and video evidence, as well as text messages… all of it. But we were found GUITLY anyway. I’ve been in jail for 744 days and for what? A sightseeing tour of my Capitol building? Basically, yes. And I’m not done.

Anyway, so that’s a glib, halfway articulated, ultra-short version of how trial went. I get sentenced in June. So I’m stuck in this hellhole for a while longer. I’ll have been locked for 2 1/2 years by then, and while I’m hoping for a “time served” sentence

I’m not holding my breath. I think my Judge hates me. The prosecution fought to deny me bond because of the Destruction of Government Property charge. “Ms. Watkins participated in an act of terrorism for the destruction of the Capitol Doors, and is a threat to society. Nope, I was off on my way across town when that happened on camera. They knew that, but I turned myself in – so I wasn’t a flight risk. They blatantly lied and called me a TERRORIST, in order to keep me in jail, held without Bond, in violation of my 8th amendment Rights. My codefendants, who were found GUILTY of Seditious Conspiracy, were granted Bond, and sent home on house arrest. Me? Found innocent and held in jail. Justice is DEAD! I’m afraid my Judge isn’t just going to throw the book at me, but also the entire library. I just want to go home… but who knows when that will be…

Anyway I don’t want to complain. I can’t change anything. This is out of my hands. Politics has been interesting, the documents scandal combined with Hunter Biden Laptop combined with an FBI agent being arrested/Indicted for corruption in Albania, and his involvement with the Steel Dossier/Russia collusion Hoax, Hunter Bidens corruption with Ukraine… It’s all super crazy and all connected. The Biden Crime Family is a treasonous, traitorous, corrupt, evil, sexually deviant bunch of criminals. America is in trouble if their crimes are not brought to justice, but like I’ve said twice already, Justice is DEAD. So I’m keeping realistic expectations Let’s be honest, nothing is going to happen. He is not an orange man, so they won’t likely destroy him. We are bearing witness to the communist overthrow of America, and I’m just one (of a thousand) hostage of the Deep State. And America seems

OK with it. Us J6 political prisoners are little more than a talking point to most conservatives.

That’s why I’m so grateful for all the lovely Patriots (like you! :)) who continue to write us, continue to advocate for us, continue to pray for and support us! It does matter. We are not talking points. We are hostages, good people with families. We’d be all but forgotten if it weren’t for you folks! We appreciate you more than you know! You’re a blessing to us, a ray of God’s light in this dark place.

Finally!! Your letter came yesterday about 6ish. Not that you’re complacent or not the same. No no! A few letters back you were commenting on you and others being exhaustive and weary through the election cycle & midst all the info gathering, writing & printing & mailing. Well I too was feeling beat up mostly about all the interference from the overbearing leader of Conspiracy Theory. With no evidence linking me whatsoever to anything nefarious, he has repeatedly tried to intimidate me! My physical mail, emails & phone calls well it was having an effect on me. Your letter along with others, just is so reassuring & stabilizing for my stance. I’m sure there are many others who comment the same all the info I ever sent updates… Well it’s like food to a hungry man! Reflecting on those Great Moments of 2022, I keep hearing the word “Victory” rumbling in my head! It’s Glorious! The triumph over evil! The tsunami of truth is surging over those who connive, comprise & suppress the truth! Sorry I’m over using my vocabulary! God‘s word and your letters have lifted my spirit again! The elections section and Kari Lake, another total election fraud! Oh the counting machines, were never used till the Bush/ Gore debacle in 2000, get rid of them!! Ballots were counted by people for over 200 years. If the machines are digital & they are, they can be programmed to cheat! When China announced the Covid outbreak (they had what under control) this virus has no history of being deadly, so just what was the warning about! Well they/Chinese were working on it. The question was what was the quote gain-of-function quote. Either to eliminate it or weaponize it. Those would be the 2 most viable reasons for researching it within a lab! Now we see that full circle, the vaccines are clearly not the solution. Consider this, then I will move on.

We are the most medicated people in the world. It’s a known fact that multiple medicines will weaken/compromise one’s immune system. The first 6 months of Covid fatalities were fraught with older people 60-70 years of age. Do your own summary? For me it’s simple & straightforward! Wow your military section, would really love to hear or read his info (Derek Johnson). Sounds like God is really using him! Thanks for sharing excerpt from what he explains on military & government. As you know I was in the Army & have many friends who were in the Army or Navy mostly & had a few Marines & Air Force, even the Coast Guard! Protocol & tradition are always important & relative in the military. Abiding & obeying these are almost sacred. The chronology of the “Law of War Manual” is fascinating. All these 10 distinct timelines are all related but most of all this was put into motion long before he was elected. I know on Inauguration Day 2017 it becomes more clear that Trump is the real reason for the updating/fortifying “Law of War Manual.” It’s almost like the military had really accepted him & were already briefing him in great detail. Just trying to better

understand his motivation to federalize 1 million A.R. & N.G. No, Biden is not involved at all! Still some questions, maybe you’re able to shed some light. Your letter was like the continuing story/news on TV or movie that ends with “tune in next week/ show for the exciting collusion.” Last one at least, I always enjoy your humor. Linda and I have golfed together many times, she really enjoys it! However, drinking wine in the clubhouse has its merit too! Liked how the little lizard was provided with many new friends in his new home. Just where is Rock Hill S.C.? Close to Greenville? You let me know. As always keep up the great work! People like you & Richard, I used to think are far and few between. One of the many good experiences for me has been the ongoing theme of great Americans that I have gotten to know. Have known that fact for many years & getting to know you folks & many others has been a real blessing for me. Know that Richard is in my prayers every day. A tribute to those who stood for the truth on January 6th 2021.

It was 2021, the 6th day of the year.

The air was ice cold .The skies were clear.

The Patriots gathered from all walks of life. They knew something was wrong, something wasn’t quite right.

There was mischief, deceit, a slight of hand. They knew of the lies the deep state had planned.

With a love for this Country, for the red white and blue. They stood up and they cried, “We demand truth from you!”

Peacefully walking, with flags in their hands, They moved towards the Capitol building to stand. “Welcome!”, said the wolves as the doors opened wide.

“Come in!”, they said, “Join us!”, with a gleam in their eye.

It happened so fast it that it felt like a dream. But when they awoke nothing was as it seemed.

Thrown in a cell- the Patriots were told; “You should never have questioned the lies that we sold.”

Now day after day they wait patiently.

They know God has a plan for them- just wait! You will see!

So don’t turn your back on them.

Don’t look away!

This could be your son or your daughter someday.

My name is Kelly Meggs I am an OATH KEEPER who was recently wrongfully convicted of seditious conspiracy.

I was reading your letter while watching the movie JACKIE on our clear tablet. At 1 hour into the movie they are placing President Kennedy‘s body in State in the Rotunda and like a ton of bricks the magnitude of our situation. I was standing in that same Rotunda on Jan 6th. I felt the pressure of this last two years against me.

Then the very next scene Jackie is walking with a priest. He tells her a parable:

Jesus was walking on a road and on the side of the road was a blind man. Those around him asked who had sinned, his parents or him. Jesus answered. Neither had sinned.

He was born blind so one day God‘s power and glory could be seen and he put mud on his eyes and told him to go wash in the pool of Shiloh. He could see again.

God’s glory was shown and one truth and God‘s glory will be shown. We must be strong and stand as one!!

God bless all of my J6 brothers across the country. We were set up and we will expose it all.

My wife and I wanted to thank you for everything you have & are doing! The grandkids had a wonderful Christmas because of you and others.

I made it OK through Christmas until my grandson said “Take all my presents. Just bring a truck with my papa in it.” I cried then!

I sure miss my family. Not sure when this will be over, but it will never be soon enough. 320 days since I last saw my wife & kids, all while I am truly innocent of the crimes they say I committed – my day in court will probably again be postponed from April to who knows when. Even then I know they are going to do all they can to rig the jury & lie to them as they have the whole world. Anyway, enough complaining.

Covid hit the unit this past week as sick officers came in and the facility did not tell us. So a lot of us got sick. No big deal, basically the flu, but not even that bad.

But they could have warned us. They did send us back into 22 hours in solitary confinement which is “illegal” for pre-trial detainees, and only 2 hours a day to make calls, heat food and take a shower.

Just a heads up. I have seen notifications of you sending things in, but they get turned away. You cannot send stamps, stickers, crayon, glitter…etc. They say they can be coated with drugs so they are not allowed and your letters can get turned away. I did get the last one, so some do get through. If you just do a regular letter it will work best.

Lesson 3  GRATITUDE

Winter arrives early in the northeast and DC is no exception. Inside the DC gulag, the temperatures are not always pleasant. The antiquated air systems blow mold but not a lot of heat or cool air. Inmates swelter in the summer and shiver in the winter in the once abandoned pods. Their thoughts in this season always turn to family, waiting and lost alike. Many can no longer enjoy the felicity of relatives; at least not those family members who are believers in the MSM narrative and the regime’s slander. Others have lost wives, parents, children even, to the lies and exposure that has come with their persecutions. Even the churches of America have turned their backs on these souls and remained mostly silent in the face of the obvious political persecutions and evil inflictions. The Silence from the religious organizations of America is DEAFENING! Actions always speak louder than words.

Isolated and still in Covid lockdown, the political prisoners endure no family visits during these long days of confinement in a claustrophobically small

cell. There are even restrictions on legal counsel visits, unless you’re willing to go into a two week quarantine confinement, a confinement that will be in even more restrictive spaces than the daily close quarters of their prison cells. Some have been here for over a year and a half now, awaiting their chance for justice in courtrooms that seem devoid of the concept in their deliberations. It’s evident from the letters that time in the Gulag is eroding their confidence, stamina, and health. And now many are being moved to other prisons, seemingly haphazardly. This places them in unfriendly and unfamiliar prison populations where their safety is reduced dramatically. As pretrial prisoners, the Process of Justice–if one can call it that–has been reforged into their punishments.

Some are counting days, others are trying to ignore the passage of time, but all say the same to those patriots who write to them…. THANK YOU FOR CARING!

Thank you for your letter and adding me to your updated list. FCI Allenwood. while still prison, is much better than the local jail. I have a job making furniture that pays a little, but also gives me something to do during the day. I can work out outside daily and visit the library. I of course want to be home, but it isn’t bad here. I’m here with James Mault and we see each other’s daily and hang out. Thank you for all you do via the PMP and other ways to raise awareness about our situations. It helps to get mail from PMP members supporting us and knowing that the people we stood for haven’t forgotten us.

I’m in contact with my appeal attorney now and hoping that process quick and successful! Vote in November and tell others to vote too. Let’s take Congress back and start OUR J6 investigations.

Thanks for writing and for your support. It really does mean a lot. Know that I am keeping my head high and spirits are high. Things happen for a reason and I’ve learned not to fight it or get too upset about it. It usually only makes things worse. Since the beginning of the new year I am calling 2023 the year of truth. Seems like every day more and more truth comes to the light. Now the Kevin McCarthy handed over 44,000 hours of video to Tucker Carlson I believe when Tucker starts rolling out what him and his team have found (really known about just now they have the proof) we the J6ers will be proven right that the so-called “riot” was set up by the Feds. Try not to get my hopes up too high because I have been down this road many times when big news comes out about Jan 6th but not much happens, but I will pray. I believe for there to be real change there must be real sacrifice, so whether this helps free me or not The American people will still see the truth of what government did that day. Waking more and more people up to how evil they are. Which is worth the sacrifice.

Yes I’m back in DC. I was here over 15 months ago. Little has changed. I was moved because I had a hearing scheduled on Feb the 2nd but an hour before it was scheduled to start I was canceled. Yay. But it’s OK. Like I said earlier things happen for a reason and there is a reason I’m back in DC. Why? That’s not yet known. Stay tune.

The words don’t exist to describe the moment of gratitude for the thoughtfulness and time you have poured into your letter.

Your words are so uplifting and filled with truth that even though I’ve read your letter at first ten times my eyes well with fresh tears every time I read it again.

I have lost everything of this world to our cause. My wife and I were in the process of adopting an infant born addicted to drugs from his homeless mother and the state illegally snatched him

from our home because of this. My wife, became so broken hearted over this that she has divorced me. I have lost everything yet I have gained so much more in the process.

I have been freed of all the encumbrances of the world and am now free to focus 117% of my attention on our fight for the restoration of this Country and the furtherance of God’s Kingdom. My heart could very easily and rightly be filled with hatred and bitterness over this but quite the opposite is true. My heart is filled with love and peace. Instead of thinking ill of and hating my oppressors. I feel nothing but love for them. If I will ever be of any help to them, I would in a heartbeat. I wish nothing but

peace and prosperity for them and their families. In fact, our fight is just as much for them as it is us. God has granted me absolute peace and contentment. I thank him and all of you for your prayers that brought me this peace.

I may currently be physically imprisoned, I assure you I am freer than I have ever been. I am currently spending my time in confinement educating myself and preparing for the next chapter in my life. Upon my release, I plan on entering the political arena, so please pray that God will continue to put the proper material in front of me so that I can learn and that he will guide my tongue to be an effective communicator of Unity, Truth and Freedom.

Thank you so much for the letter of support and the prayers. I appreciate all you all do on the “outside” to keep us relevant in thoughts. It feels good to get mail from people as well, makes you feel somewhat normal for a moment.

Unfortunately, this place is 9-10 hours from home and my family cannot come visit very easily. My wife is home taking care of our kids and is alone to run our business without me now. So the travel is a little much right now for her. That is the toughest part of all this, that I am away from my young kids, and I am not there to support them. I pray to God every day to help me find a path to get closer to them and ultimately back to them.

Please keep prayers going for me and all of us. Hopefully something will come from all the attention still on Jan 6th.

I know there are many loyal American patriots who are calling for all J6ers to be freed, and I appreciate that very much. However, one thing not mentioned is the restoration of our constitutional and God given rights. I have the God-given right to protect my life. I must be allowed to keep and bear arms, in order to defend my life. I live alone, and I have been told that I can’t even have a B.B. gun.

Thank you for writing me. It means a lot to me and it gives me hope for all the J6 POW and for the USA.

I love the USA and will give my life up so people after me can stay free and so my kids can be free.

I am sorry that your husband died. That really makes me sad. I know it’s been since 2018 but that has to still hurt. Hope you have family and friends that are at your side.

I have pray to God on this a lot. Like what to do and fight or not fight. It’s hard to know what to do but I feel God would want me to fight bad. Like the people that we can’t pray to God any more and any but what they want us to do.

I try to be a good man. Even in here. I feel bad for a lot of the people here. Because they don’t get what is going. How our rights are being taken.

Lesson 4  FAITH

It’s now approaching spring in the Gulags…but there are no flowers or green things to be seen that would herald the changes of season. Just gray walls and floors, orange dress: the bi-chromatic world of confinement. There is plenty of time for personal reflections now. Relationships have been formed with the outside world through letters and support, and many of the prisoners feel they are recognized by the supporters in their letters. However, the reality is that both they and their messages and plight are unknown to the general populace of America. The MSM narrative has effectively silenced and erased them, ignoring the inconvenient truths of that day and refuting their own part in the narrative of lies. Lies that have now been fully revealed to America in 2023. It’s a small vindication for J6 political prisoners, but it doesn’t lessen their punishments one bit. They want to tell their stories to America through their supporters before it is too late for them to have an impact on the current state of affairs.

Major trials will begin soon…J6 defendant court dates are falling like rain, and all thoughts are on the coming ordeals and their still uncertain outcomes. The letters now are filled more with life reflections, escaping by recounting past cheerful times and events. These moments are held like drops of dew to the light of a stranger’s perception. A perception that enables others to better see the prismatic reality of these prisoners’ character that shines from inside this gray world. In each returning missive to their supporters, FAITH is a recurring theme in their constant reports. Some have found an awakened religion inside...others have reinforced their faith with the strength that martyrdom can bring when one suffers for righteousness sake and a just cause. It is indeed biblical in its reenactment. Apostles and prophets have stood in these circumstances through time and it fanned their flames to incandescence...and it does so here as well, within the gray walls of the DC DOC.

I got to see the copied front of the envelope. I see and took notice of the flag. I “fly” one the same way on my bunk. I’m not sure what Amor Vincit Omnix is but I want to say “Love Conquers All.”

You sure can add my Psalm to your letters. Evil is easier than being good. It’s more gratifying indulging in the flesh than the spirit. However, the flesh will return to dust and the spirit to God. How do you want to be judged? I, for one, want to bring happiness to others and live by God‘s laws.

I never knew any of that about water. It makes sense. I enjoyed reading it. Shane Jenkins is doing a Twitter Spaces along with his team and my wife. They put together a thing called Love Wins. PUT ON THE FULL ARMOR OF GOD

My name is Jon Mellis.

I am a January 6 detainee inside the DC Jail. I have been incarcerated for over 730 days. The treatment I have endured since my arrest has shaken my faith in humanity. I thought I was in a country where citizens were deemed innocent until proven guilty. I thought I was in a country where citizens are afforded dignity and treated humanely. Before I address the inhumane and unconstitutional conditions I have experienced I want to tell you about why I am here. On January 6 I witnessed the death of Rosanne Boyland as protesters screamed for help. As the police filled the air with gas and spray they trampled her under their feet and hit her with weapons while she lay lifeless on the ground. Multiple voices of protesters can be heard pleading for the cops to help her only for the police to attack them too. As I witnessed this scene of chaos with several bodies laying unconscious on the ground I tried to help. My involvement lasted 10 seconds.

I was arrested on February 16, 2021 as if I were an Al Qaeda terrorist. Dozens of heavily armed FBI agents and an armored vehicle executed a predawn raid on my parents house as I was visiting. My father, Gennaro Mellis, died a few months after my arrest.

My father was a decorated Vietnam War hero. He was a retired US Army Major, and also retired from the Navy. The last time I ever saw my father I was in handcuffs in front of his house surrounded by dozens of militarized

FBI agents. My father was my best friend. He knew my character and stood by me until his death on May 17, 2021. Unfortunately my widowed mother is being forced by circumstance to sell our family home. It looks like I will never get to see the inside of the home my father raised me in. I was not allowed to attend his funeral. On the contrary, I was actually removed from my cell and placed in the hole. For over 700 days I have not only been held without bond pretrial, but I have not even been given a bond hearing.

The DC Gulag is a special kind of hell. We J6ers have been housed in our own unit together called the Patriot Pod. For the first year of our incarceration we were subjected to solitary confinement. This means 23 hours or 22 hours every day in our cell. We got 1 or 2 hours a day outside of our cell to shower and make a phone call. We J6ers have been denied visitation with our loved ones for 700 days. After Congressman Troy Nehls visited us on January 5, 2023 have we finally been granted the ability to see our families. This took 2 years. The damage to our lives has been done.

We J6ers have had to deal with racist, hateful, and abusive correctional officers. There have been many instances where one or several of our brothers have been beaten, maced, or even sexually assaulted by our jailers. Ryan Samsel was ziptied in the middle of the night in his cell and severely beaten. Ronald McAbee was maced for not wearing his mask. Jake Lang was punched in the gut and his head slammed against the wall by an officer because

he was singing the National Anthem. One of us was sexually assaulted while he was strip searched on his way back from his lawyer visit. I was taken out of this pod randomly one day and placed in the hole, which is a worse version of solitary confinement with chains, for 35 days with no due process or explanation. I was lied to by supervisors and treated like an animal because I’m a Trump supporter. This has happened to many J6ers. I was also threatened by officer Hubbard with rape and other violence, then I was confronted in the middle of the night by that same officer opening my cell door to threaten me again. In April of 2022 I was visited by the US Marshals telling me that I was being framed by someone inside the DC jail who was sending threatening letters to federal judges with white powder inside the envelopes. The US Marshals said based on the evidence they believed it was a Correctional Officer doing it. I was also told that I was not the only J6er being targeted. Jeffrey Brown had been framed the same way too. Our entire pods food has even been poisoned with cleaning chemicals after court rulings against this jail because of how we are treated or when our complaints resulted in the US Marshalls inspecting this jail. This jail failed the inspection resulting in hundreds of Federal inmates being transferred out of here. This jail lost a lot of money because of this. Simply put, this jail hurts us and hates us.

The DC Gulag is a nasty building unfit for human habitation. It is infested with black mold, rats, and toilets that do not flush. The drinking water from the sinks is frequently brown and stinks like rotten eggs. We are not given proper cleaning chemicals. We have relied on ourselves to keep our spirits up because we did not have access to visitation or even video visits for 2 years. This has had a detrimental effect on my mental health. I feel isolated and alone. Our very own Deputy Warden Kathleen Landerkin made her feelings clear in her public Twitter and social media posts. She hates Trump supporters and believes we deserve to be treated worse than human beings. The grievance process in this jail is completely broken. We have no recourse for relief.

I must tell you that given our current situation we J6ers still stand to sing the Star Spangled Banner every night at 9pm with our hands on our hearts. I love this great nation and I believe in the American people. I pray that God hears my plea and ends this torture.

It was very nice to hear from you! So the good news is at my trial, I was only found guilty of the lesser charges, but when it came to the Real serious charges, I was found not guilty. Very happy about that.

I hope Ryan S is doing OK. He’s a good guy. Did you get a chance to see the Tucker Carlson’s release of the J6 video footage? I got to listen to part 2 over the phone. Hoping even more comes out.

Here in Alexandria, us J6ers are kept in lockdown all day and night. We never get out.

They say it is because we are so close to the Capitol. What a joke. We really know it’s because they don’t like us. Mainly they don’t like who we voted for.

Many people in America still pray; therefore, many people are praying and lifting up the J6ers to God. Early on, Marie Goodwyn started to paint cards for the J6ers. Her primary purpose was to encourage those who had been unjustly incarcerated.

She joined The Patriot Mail Project as a volunteer in 2021 to help Paula Calloway, the original creator of the patriots’ list. PMP, as it is also known, has evolved into a dedicated team of volunteers who keep track of the J6ers’ location, as they are often moved. They also add new prisoners to their list as they start their sentences.

The card above was sent to Charles Donohoe who has been in jail since he was arrested on March 17, 2021.

To tell my story, it starts, well, a few years before January 6th. I was an Assistant General Manager @ Chick-fil-A (Yumm!), and during football season, I was a GAME-DAY manager for the DALLAS Cowboys, America’s Team. Don’t hate!

I toured for my band STVTES “STATES” And every Sunday you would see me Performing on Stage with the Incredible music team @ FELLOWSHIP CHURCH in Grapevine TX.

To top it off, I was blessed to come home to my fiancé, Kathryn, & my BESTEST Friend in the whole wide world, Hopper, the Greatest Great Dane that ever was!

Then, all within a year, my father Died in a freak accident in the middle of the night, my fiancé got 2 forms of Violent Breast Cancer, I lost her to chemo, Hopper died on Christmas, and then COVID-19 hits, & they shut down my Work, and I lose my 2 CAREERS. (I FELT LIKE THE STORY OF JOB.)

I had gone from on top of the world, to being MORE lost than ever. But rock-bottom was still to come!! I went to the Capitol on January 6th, because of months of fishy vote counting & unanswered questions. Knock! knock! knock!

When the 12-SWAT Team enforcers kicked my door down with no warrant, never read me my rights and forced me into a transportation vehicle with AR 15s like I’m some ISIS terrorist leader!! I never stepped a foot in the Capitol.

From there, my journey began, going from prison, to prison, 4 in total, Buses, even CON-AIR {which I thought was just a movie lol} in full chains everywhere I went, All during COVID-19 so they were allowed to withhold my rights to trial, lawyer, phone calls & quarantined me for 14(+) days every stop we made.

They even lost me for 2 weeks, I missed 2-court hearings for my release!!! I didn’t get to meet my lawyer until 10 minutes before being thrown in front of a judge.

Fast forward to my 5th Prison ( Today) where I will be spending my sentence here at Seagoville, TX, one of the two transsexual gay facilities in America. ..........

By the grace of God, I have been blessed with a few good brothers, and I am in a solid “CAR.” It keeps the evil away from us, they know NOT to mess, with the men in our “car,” or flirt, steal, and stay out of our way!

I have also started a fellowship of brothers in Jesus Christ, our Lord, savior, & guide.

I started with One person, and now have grown to over 11 brothers!

We meet in my room, every night and we

1) invite the Lord in

2) read Daily Bread to Warm up

3) a verse of Proverbs that spoke to our heart

4) Ask a few “hot Potato” questions

5- Announcements

6) Give homework

7) Grab Shoulders & Pray together

If you want to follow along, it’s easy! Just go to a special quiet place, alone with the Lord...

...Then open “PROVERBS of The DAY” (Whatever the date is) Today is the 12th. So we did PROVERBS 12... the One that stood out & spoke to my heart the most is PROVERBS 12:3 & I think this may be my ABSOLUTE FAVORITE!

It says your “roots cannot be moved” ... and I love that! Basically, we all sin & fall short of the Glory of God... But he made your Roots Good! They are perfect, and so, sure, sometimes we feed ourselves bad things that grow bad crops. Alcohol, lust, addiction, drugs, greed, selfishness, too much time on Our phones, social media, jealousy, hate, glutiny, lies, stealing, betray...

The list goes on and on... but it’s Not too late. There’s still hope!! Let that plant die. the Old version of yourself die, & start feeding yourself with good things. Your righteous Roots the Lord has made you with will Sprout & grow a good CROP of fruits that please the LORD. LOVE. LOVE, LOVE THAT! So... what was your favorite out of today’s PROVERBS!

So I have included a few things for you in this letter. I thought a picture of me was a good idea just in case you haven’t seen me on CNN and our national TV shown as a horrible “Domestic TERRORIST” “ White supremist” “Rioter”, “Insurrectionist”!! {even though ZERO people have been charged with insurrection.)

I also included a picture of the J6 POW Shirt I personally designed.

But I am curious to know more about the absolute AMERICAN ***-*** that wrote me! Send me back some pictures of you, and some random ones too! Seeing the outside world and you happy would really cheer me up. You are truly AMAZING in my book, & I meant it, I would... love to know more about this all American ***-*** who wrote me!

Also wanted to say thanks again from my heart and All and all of us J6ers, for not forgetting us and staying in the fight!!

You are making such a HUGE difference, but the Biggest thing you can do to stand with us political prisoners... is by wearing the shirt I designed before they locked me up!!

Lesson 5  UNITY

In the spring season, flowers are in full riot, trees are feeling the last breezy winds of March and summer can be seen approaching with new growth and balmy temperatures. In D.C., cherry blossoms are falling like a crimson rain, coating the grounds and causeways with their colorful petals, becoming floating islands of color on the waters. To a tourist or a seasoned DC resident, they are a beautiful sight and foretell that summer is waiting in the wings. But to those who see only gray walls, bars and fences, their beauty means little.

The not so speedy trials of the most publicized J6 Prisoners have finally begun now, the hearing dates hanging like swords of Damocles over the minds of prisoners and families alike. The supporters of the J6 political prisoners are “STILL THERE,” but the quantity and the ferocity of the letters has slackened to a steady but measured flow of mail from those few who are fully committed to their cause and the occasional exchange of facts and prayers from those still merely involved. But time inside has not lessened the need for this human contact or support. Indeed, it

has made it greater, a growing thirst for a trickling flow that briefly satisfies. Inside the DC and Northern Neck prisons, long confinement and threat of violence was isolating many of the men awaiting trial, causing social shutdown; a type of indolent escapist response to the terrifying experiences they were trying to process mentally. The thought was “Do nothing, maybe nothing else bad will happen…”

In others, the instinct was for seeking Unity; amongst the J6 veteran’s cadres, the Proud Boys, Oath Keepers,

3%’ers and most importantly to the prisoners, the many supporters who persistently kept the lifelines of mail, texts, calls and financial support open. Other inmates sought unity as a faithful congregation among those of strong religious beliefs and new seekers alike. There was a clan like Unity even among those prone to less noble behaviors and intentions toward their fellows.

In Unity, they all found strength. Visible clans began to form among the prisoners, much as they might have in Stalin’s work camps that birthed that strange name: GULAG. A sort of segregation of thought and

sometimes even blame, was now appearing in the population, and it was causing strife and division, as cliques often do, both inside and out.

But in the letters from this time, you see clearly that the gratitude for the Patriot contact has not lessened, however meager it may seem. The few and faithful regular writers who keep the flow of newsletters, prayers and messages moving from Free America to the Gulags, are Angels to all of these patriots; they provide the essential link with supporters of common faith and beliefs from the still free and unfettered world outside.

What do You learn from these cries for help; these desperate pleas for action, for the TRUTH in the thousands of hours of videos to be set free, for the actual FACTS to be revealed to America and for there to be a just and fair reckoning for ALL involved? How do you interpret these varied responses of strength, faith, and perseverance when viewed from the security of our fragile freedoms as you sit safely reading these words?

Can you detect the subtle art and power of UNITY in their words and thoughts?

Dear Barbara,

It was good to receive another letter from you. I think that you have been reaching out to me for over 6 months. Your faithfulness is even more appreciated these days, as I have been essentially cut off from family, friends & supporters like you. It’s now been 6 months since the evil government stopped my S.S. (Social Security) Check, which was always deposited into one of my checking accounts. In January several different groups/ individuals volunteered to raise funds for our Linda‘s household. Well they, the powers that be here, decided they did not like one of these individuals willing to assist me & my own after my money was stolen from me. That monthly check is the result of an obligatory contribution that I paid into for years. It’s called F.I.C.A. If you worked, then you know what I’m talking about. With no evidence whatsoever, just based on their conclusions the issue was pushed. I would not relent!! I eventually was cited with an incident & punished. Spent 60 days in solitary & had my phone & E-mail accounts suspended. For trying to help my wife!! I am cut off from all my family & friends! In addition my mail is also interfered with. I’m aware that they listen, read & record all my comp communication but they have routinely hold & keep my mail. That’s illegal!! Your help is needed & appreciated, I need three things done (1) contact Jim Jordan/Ohio or Matt Gaetz/FLA. Heading up the January 6th committee. They are looking for those who would like to testify on what they saw & experienced on January 6 & from their families! I have much to share as to what transpired that day. I was at the Capitol by 1 PM, with the first couple of hundred that got there. I saw

& experienced things that led me to believe that we were definitely infiltrated & sabotaged that day. Definitely we were set up, not exactly sure of who but something went on that day that needs thorough investigating. I want & need to be part of it!!

(2) Please call or contact your elected rep & tell them about me & I’m sure there are many others that are being inflicted with this or some other overt criminality going on here. We need a resolution to this! (3) Contact my Linda: first & foremost this will help her emotionally & spiritually, she can help with contacts to elected representatives in our state. If more people, like you, do their part, this will be fixed & resolved, as it should be!

There is great evil going on in our country, truly it is that great & awful! Prayers are needed but God can & does use people to accomplish his purposes. Be the hands & feet of God & be used for His Righteousness!! Everyone can help, everyone can do something! The truth is coming. When you write back please give me an update! Linda.

So I got your request in regards to “our fighting friend” only with all the things that have come to light, I’m not exactly sure who you are referring to? Let me know so I can adhere to your request which I do agree with. Not much going on here. My sentencing date is on June 1st so keep me in your prayers. We are all waiting to hear more about this IRS whistleblower about the FBI blocking them from investigating Hunter Biden. If you have not read the book “Laptop From Hell” I highly recommend it. I know I am cheating by answering you all in one letter, but I know how wonderful and understanding you all are. Is that enough Flattery to keep me out of trouble?

To answer Sarah’s question; yes, I get lots of mail. Most of the time, it is letters from people I have been writing for a long time. I have got several lately from first time contacts. Sometimes the readers are from people who learn of the Patriot Mail Project by listening to some well known conservative talk show host.

Sarah, I answered your riddle correctly, without cheating!

Yes, Rebecca I have a very nice bible that a dear couple, who are about my age bought for me. They even had my name put on the front in gold letters. They asked me what I wanted, and I told them I would want a King James edition. It has both the new and Old Testaments. and Christ’s words in red. They said they had a hard time finding the King James edition. Some of those other editions may be easier to understand, but I fear they may be easier to mislead also. Any one who publishes a Bible better heed the warning given in the scriptures about adding to or taking from the Gospel of Christ.

I do know the story about what Joseph went through on his journey. He surely had cause to just give up. I want to just have a godly portion of that kind of trust and Faith that Joseph possessed.

The guy who played golf to free his mind had it figured out. I just want to know one thing! What was his best score? Ha ha.

I love the names that you gave your cat and dog. I may steal the name “Liberty” for the new puppy I plan on getting once I get

free. I am going to get a shih-tzu. My Ex wife and I got one about 15 years ago, and I love her very much, but I am sure you know, she is Living on borrowed time. After I was sentenced, I figured I would never see her again.

I do so love the Snoopy card, I wish it had passed the mail police. The artwork is quite good.

My lawyer used my abusive childhood to get me to this medical facility. I’m doing all the programming I can to get home to my family as soon as possible. My Dear Friend Barbara,

Thank you for finding me! I was waked up at 2:00 a.m. the day they moved me. They said I had court but dropped me off here at Alexandria. I spent six days in booking in a cell for 24 hours a day, and now I am in a unit that’s locked down for 22 hours a day. They say it’s for my safety. Did they not know I was the best laundry man that CVRJ has ever seen?! I joke about it, but it really does annoy me. To go from “freedom” as a Trusty to lockdown. To me, it makes zero sense.

I was hoping that a great plea deal comes my way, but at this point it has to be amazing. Honestly, this whole thing ticks me off. I’ve been careful with what I write and say. I tell others that we were idiots for doing what we did that day, but now, I don’t care. If God really wills it, who am I to try and change the outcome? Yes, I know that I shouldn’t have been where I was at that day, however, if I wasn’t, the cop and another woman would most likely had severe injuries or died. I’m still haunted about Roseanne, but at least two others are walking today. And for that I am not sorry! I swore an oath to protect people. I will always honor that oath. I don’t know if I told you but something you wrote once in a letter keeps me motivated when I am tempted to say “This isn’t fair.” You wrote: “We are at war. You should not have expectations of justice or mercy from the enemy.” I keep that letter by my bed and read it daily.

Lesson 6  TENACITY

MAY arrives with the pressures mounting to choose a path through the gauntlets of judgment. Which will it be? Do you accept a proffered plea deal for a chance at lighter punishment and swift execution? Maybe it would be a lot better than chancing a jury trial in DC, where the majority of the population is biased against you, and the conviction rate for J6 defendants exceeds 96%. Or, do you risk it all on the Judge’s own decision and try to withstand the prosecution’s wide latitude for Truth and Facts in a bench trial? Perhaps a Stipulated Facts Judgment would be less painful for you and your family, and on the burdensome legal fees? That is where both sides write down what they agree to as actual facts and throw themselves on the decision of the court based on FACTS alone. Is this the avenue to pursue? Which of these paths will result in a better outcome?

There are no easy decisions in the Gulags and no universal solutions for any of the defendants, whether in or out of prison. Finances are always an issue now in choosing the best path forward, many having spent

all of their savings and retirements to reach this stage of the process. They will all likely result in a penalty of severity, as the trial and sentence results are portending from the early case outcomes. But now, the DOJ, in order to achieve their desired results and prove their narratives, begin pressuring defendants in a most unethical way. Say for example, you were originally charged perhaps with multiple misdemeanors. Should you choose to demand your due process of trial, the DOJ might, and often does, magically morph those minor charges into multiple FELONY charges with strange and inappropriate “enhancements” added, all compliments from the Patriot Act’s betrayal of our Liberties. Sadly, there was (and is) little choice for many of the J6ers.

But the sustaining lifelines of letters, texts, phone calls, and financial support continued to arrive on time each month, as hundreds of patriots across America worked tirelessly to ensure no one was forgotten, and that no J6er was left behind as they passed through the fire of this persecution. Support organizations sprang

up from Patriot grass roots, and volunteers rushed to the frontlines of the fight with money, support, even help with legal fees. America was feeling the threat to ALL now as the words and warnings of these prisoners began to finally penetrate the MainStream Media’s walls. It started shaking Americans’ faith in the agencies of Justice and the safety of their country, and began shining a bright light on the injustices that Conservatives and people of Faith were now facing.

As you read their letters of choice here, you can feel a Tenacious Hope in their decisions, a desire and a commitment to see it through, regardless of the outcome and return to the fight, or perhaps, just to a normal life with family once again. There is a lesson for all of us in their responses to this injustice.

Hope it’s going well. I’m hanging in there myself. Ryan S. was moved from Lewisburg. Not sure his status. My sentencing is on June 1st. Praying for some mercy.

Little Wolfie looks so cute in that photo. My fiancé got a little shirt for our Chihuahua that says: “Adorable Deplorable.”

Just trying to read a lot of books to pass the time. It seems to be working.

Really glad to see that Congress is making headway with the Biden family and Hunter’s laptop. Just one more thing the Orange Man was right about. Add it to the list. Got to give credit to James Comer.

I finally got to see that J6-American Gulag book. It has a letter I wrote to you in it. It was cool to see. Just trying to keep my head up and pray for the USA! Always good to hear from you! God bless you!

Dear Barbara,

Sorry for the late reply. The mail room just sent me a stack of letters that the jail received in March. This place is garbage, no worries tho, May 16th is my plea hearing then after that will be sentencing. Hopefully only a few more months in this dump. It’s sad to hear guys saying that they can’t wait to go to prison because the conditions will be so much better and will be able to get a job and program.

If my judge stays within my guide lines. I have about 12-22 months till I go home. Last few guys that have been sentenced, their judges went below their guide lines. Here’s to hoping and praying.

Hope the trip to Tucson went good. I got a list going on places to go and things to do with my wife once home.

I didn’t get my hopes built up to high when Tucker got those 44k hours of video. Had a feeling something like this would happen, but I do believe it was out of his hands. Also believed it played into Fox letting him go. I know that he’ll be back sometime soon. Whether he’ll come out on his own or with another place. Then he can say and do what he wants.

I’ve got to talk on the Twitter space a couple times. Really enjoyed it. It was great to learn that not only are people helping us while on the inside, but also helping when we get back home. It wouldn’t take much for my wife and me to start to rebuild or even to get us to our goal of becoming full time RVer’s. The truth is, and will come out. This evil is fighting back. Hello again! (And sorry for the delay.) I am back in the Gulag. Over 16 months later and they had me do a complete circle. The whole time I didn’t get to view my discovery but for 10 hours. In that time I discovered that my lawyer that I paid over $100,000 never even looked at my discovery. Needless to say he is fired and I will deal with the money later. The good news is that I have a new lawyer that seems to be a real patriot. She seems to know her stuff too. I guess all I needed was a strong woman to take the bull by the horns. We have a big battle ahead of us. We will need thoughts and prayers. We might actually have a shot at winning this thing. Patriots need a win here. America needs a win.

I forgot how old everyone was (you and your brothers and sisters). Nathan is over 2 years old now. I attached a picture from Easter. I miss him so much. The last time I held him he was 10 pounds! He’s talking now! I miss him more and more every day. God I miss him. I find myself waking up in the middle of the night and thinking of him and my wife and wondering if they are OK.

My wife and I are having some problems but it’s what is to be expected. It’s been a long 2 years. I hope it turns out to be worth it in the end. I pray that America and the American people understand that it is a do or die situation. I read the news and for every quote “good story” there are 20 bad ones. I hope our sacrifice was worth it. I hope we win in the end.

Hey there! Thanks for your letter! Patriots like yourself help me stay positive and keep a smile on my face everyday. I appreciate your support and prayers.

Just so you know, I am being sentenced on June 16. I am being moved to DC jail. My attorney believes my range will be 36-51 months. The prosecutor wants 70-87 months. We think I have a good chance at the lower end though. At 36 months I would be going home at the beginning of next year. I can’t wait to be back home with my son and family. The coming home party will be Epic!

Hope you are doing well. I wanted to write to you In hopes you can put a word out to the amazing Patriots that write to me through PMP. First of all Thank you For all that you Folks do. It has been a huge Emotional Support to have the Privilege to have communicated with so many Proud Americans over these last 18 months while I have been incarcerated. The letters of Prayers, love, and Support have been instrumental in keeping me strong.

As you know I stared down a potential 15-20 year sentence and took my case to trial And had a huge win. By being Found Not Guilty of the 3 most serious charges against me.

As of this moment I am now working on an appeal for one of the charges I was charged with Because I went to trial and won on the only charges I was arguing against. My case and appeal (IF I win it) should go on to help many others Facing J6 Related charges. PMP helped keep me strong During that Fight and continues to do so via the mail I Receive. In less than 16 months the DOJ has moved me to 12 Different facilities 3 of which I was at twice. I use to receive so much more letters at One point. I have kept nearly every single one

of the and have written back to every single one of them. While there is Dozens of Patriots who have continued to support me and write to me frequently and I to them. A overwhelming amount of them have ceased to write to me.

What I fear has happened is that During the constant moving their letters were Returned to them or In a lot of cases Discarded By the Jail Or Prison.

I was wondering if you could Put a PSA out for me to the Patriots @ PMP and let them know I am at my Final Destination for the Next 1 ½ years. I would love to hear from them again and I would NEVER Not write someone Back.

The work you all are Doing at PMP has Been so huge I hope you all Realize this. The constant letters help me wake up each Day and continue to love this Nation even given the circumstances.

Hello Rebecca, Sarah and all the rest of the clan;

I hope you all are doing well, as for myself, I guess I am doing alright. I am quite disappointed in my current situation, even though I am in a half-way house in Birmingham, Alabama. I am about 60 miles from my home. Maybe things will get better, given a little more time. I certainly hope so, because what has been accomplished toward putting my life back together is zero.

I have been here for three weeks now and they haven’t even got around to assigning me a case manager. Any request you make must go through your case manager. Rarely is the meal anything more than a sandwich and some kind of chips. The sandwich always leaves a lot to be desired.

There is no commissary here, so if you get any good food. You have to get your family to bring it. There is no way to exercise here. No recreation park like we had at Jesup. No library, no computers like at Jesup. There is a dress code, however some people still wear their trousers down to where half of their rears exposed. They expect everyone to get a job within the first few weeks, then you MUST give the house 25% of every dollar you get, even bonuses.

I don’t know if I will ever get to go home under house arrest, but on January 15th, 2024, If I am alive, I get to go home. I will close now.

My most sincere appreciation to your wonderful family for your love and support over these past years and months. May our Heavenly Father bless you daily.

IAUTHENTICITY

n many ways, watching the trials and sentencing of others is harder than contemplating your own fate.

Strong bonds of friendship are formed among men and women confined for common cause, and it was no different as Summer loomed in the “Swamp” for those who many now considered to be hostages against the persistence of conservative 1st Amendment rights and views. The prisoners screamed their Truths to all who would listen: conservative podcasters and journalists, cable News outlets, even Representatives of Congress; but the MainStream media responded with only the replays of Hollywood style clips from the January 6th Select Committee, which had proved to be neither lawful or select.

Throughout the first year of their confinement, many of these men and women had been stridently vocal about the events of that day, the overly violent behavior of Law Enforcement and the outrageous violations of their rights and privileges. Now, as 2023 melted into the third summer of confinement, they refused to surrender their fierce outcry for Justice. Over and over, they told their story to supporters

through their letters; testimonies of heart and soul, of Facts and Truths. The genuineness of their words is validated in the consistency of their observations and experiences. The test of Authenticity is validatable Proof, and they were giving it out in a constant stream to their supporters and legal teams…and the DOJ’s dam began to break.

One after another, major news outlets began to eject more conservative voices for covering the January 6th event, election integrity, Pro Life protests and growing persecutions of new classes of conservatives. And the Moguls of the mega outlets were Not Amused. Heads rolled, major personalities were dismissed, popular shows canceled and a cloak of silence was thrown over the issue on the Big News empires. But it was too late, the Cat was TRULY out of the bag now and the videos of January 6th began to surface into public view faster and faster. And they showed the same events the letters had described. See if you can feel the Authenticity woven into these letters as they are sent forth from the Gulags of thought crime. How Authentic do they feel, now?

Dear Barbara,

The child abuse I endured made me stronger as an adult. Maybe that is the silver lining. The DC Warden needs to be fired and arrested for cruel and unusual punishment of J6 detainees. The US Marshals are directing our treatment. Regarding your 12 philosophical questions. I’m spending time with prisoners with the same mindset. The ones who are non-violent with drug charges only. I read lots of books by Harlan Coban, David Baldacci, James Patterson and Lee Child. I also have a daily subscription to the New York Post. I go out to the recreation yard and walk laps on the track and do 10 push-ups every lap. To me it’s more important who does the work, not who gets the credit. I try not to worry or be afraid, because I am in God’s hands. My job is to keep my head up and be strong. America is starting to see the truth.

My wife and kids are the most important thing to me. I did this for God and country. I’m trying to reach close-minded people to help open their eyes. The meaning of life to me is to love.

Thank you for writing me. It’s nice to know people are still thinking of us. It gives me hope that they will not keep doing this to people. They got a 1000 or so of us. I say people get it.

Hope all is good with you. I sit back and think how hard it has to be some days for you. Things happen in life that I just don’t get.

Like a month or so my old celly OD and passed. I roomed with him for 2 1/2 and moved out because of the things he did. Some days I think if I did not move out could I (have) saved him? But I say NO. It’s sad he was 36 years old and was going home in six months. Things that happen like that here all the time.

I try not to think about any of it. I just pray for them and move on. What can anyone do about it?

Now I write big because some people told me they were old and could not see well. So I’ve just been writing everyone big. I have 20/20.

I do think God has a plan for us. But I do think he would want us to do something too. How bad wins is when good people sit around and let it happen. I know God has a big part in things too. But we have to play our part too. What to do is the hard thing to know.

I pray and think a lot on that, what to do? Have 4 more years to think on it. Until I come home. It feels like a lifetime.

Yes they are getting bold with the indictments. I think a lot more is going to happen too. It is just a start with things. I have a feeling things are really going to get bad with him. Sad so sad. I don’t see how he is going to make it back into office. But you never know, it’s all up to God.

I try to plan my life after this. Think of outside of here. I don’t want to end up like the people here. Most of them really are not good people. So sad what goes on in here.

I can’t wait to move to MT. Have big plans up there. Was moving when the FBI picked me up. But that’s life, things happen and you just got to move on.

It’s so good to hear from you. I am so tired of being moved around. As you know, I am now back in DC, with my Band of Brothers. More of us arrive every week. I wonder why they ship us out just to ship us out?

The mail room here sucks! Also, we do not have any envelopes in the commissary. I had to bum this sheet. I go up for bond on the 22nd at 3 PM. Not saying it will be in my favor, but I’d like to think it would be. I’m “dangerous” because I was law-enforcement. So crazy! I just received my Bible. First thing that stuck out to me was Isaiah 61:1. It’s powerful! I’m not writing it out because I want it to hit you like it hit me, in HIS words!

Where do I start, where do I begin to tell the same story I’ve been telling for almost 2 years?

I want to thank you off the cuff for taking time to write me. All the other inmates are #### to the Nth degree. They don’t have people that love them. So you’ve heard I quit getting mail after the FBI raided my cell & took all my notes, evidence, legal paperwork, & mail from my children.

When I started reviewing video & documentation of J6 I started noticing people, MPD committing acts & crimes, undercover agents, undercover provocateurs, crisis actors, people doing odd things getting together W/ MPD & going back into the crowd. I started putting this information out to anyone that wrote me. Anyone! What good is the information when you’re afraid to use it? To act on it, when others are waiting W/ their lives hinging on a focal moment! Where are the ### congressmen & women we voted into office! This government lies to the nation. We sit back, know it’s a lie & still say nothing. How many times do you turn away & hope something will change? The hand of reality is ### slapping America! How much more will you take before you stand up & protect yourself?

AAAAA! I started putting information out. I’ve done three interviews on radio. I’ve given names, places, times & acts of the most violent MPD & Capitol police. Silence was my (the) response. Shut off from my legal case, mail, video files

of J-6 & my ### attorney who wouldn’t watch or listen to a word I said. “Oh, Jeff I’m worried about you, I need you to get looked at. You need help.” Really? I told him to watch his mouth! He convinced the court I was suffering from PTSD & depression. All behind my back! Here I am. Been here three to four weeks. One interview!! “So do you know why you’re going to trial? Have you ever been beat as a child, do you have herpes or any other VD, do you like it here, how do you feel about yourself?” ###! Really?

This is my message in a bottle. No one is watching the evidence! No one is reading or acting on the information! I will stand before them all and tell the truth.

Crisis actors & Capitol police involvement! Watch for the camera angle to change! Someone is in the control booth watching & controlling the agents! Black box & yellow bag? Flex cuffs, body armor, helmets, batons, & bull

horns. Who leaves these things in the open for rioters to take control of? SET UP!

#0729 Man inside Capitol alone pushing on inner doors trying to let people in. Pushing & pushing! Doors won’t open! He turns around, looks up at the camera, starts waving his arms, points to the doors! Walks over & simply pushes doors open! Who is in the control room? This stuff goes on! MPD Officer Fenonne told America he was pulled into the crowd & beat to death! I watched this tunnel camera! He walked from the back of the officers & into the hands of the crowd!!

People in the crowd were protecting him from other officers & rioters. On & on! MPD committing the most crimes/ inciting the most violence that day! Thall, Tindall, Chrisman, Harding, Hawkins, Edwards, Riley, Horos, Smiley, Thomas, Allen, Bagshaw, Augustine, TMs 5464 & 74 – government looking for the “armed insurrection!” But they didn’t find anyone W/ a weapon! Guess what I found in the crowd on the body camera of CPT Bagshaw of the ### MPD!!

S/W 9mm semi-auto pistol w/in the

waistband holster! With spare magazine!! You don’t lose these items in a crowd! The weapon may fall out but you don’t lose all three. SET UP! Drop guns! They wanted the crowd to pick it up & start shooting but it didn’t happen. CPT Bagshaw of the ### MPD gave his commanding officer the weapon & magazine down in the tunnel later on. How do I know these things? It’s all on video!!

No one is coming for me, there’s no rescue! There is no team blowing the ### door open. There’s nothing but more punishment for protecting an elderly woman & protecting myself from out-of-control officers! This is my crime. I’ve lost everything I own. I’m being sued by David Augustine of the MPD for $1 million. This — #### is claiming: PTSD, TBI, permanent body disfigurement & strike fear. I have him on “video“ bragging about the cut on his face three different times, making statements to other MPD officers collecting information on anyone for whatever injuries they may have received. Then W/ CPT Bagshaw stating how he was filing a lawsuit against me. So – – I have nothing left to give but my life! A life wasted protecting this country. Now I’m the one with the mental issues right?

Lesson 8  IMAGINATION

Summer has arrived in the Swamp, and it feels like it inside the badly ventilated DC gulag. Some men have been moved on to better BOP facilities now, having passed through the plea and sentence processes early, the vanguards and harbingers of what awaits the rest. Many were now serving out their remaining sentenced time or beginning the long periods of imposed probation in halfway houses and home confinements. The mood of those in the Gulag who were still awaiting that process or the chance at an actual Trial was in a word, morose.

Prosecutors again and again were applying unethical pressures to the prisoners and defense counsels to force them into accepting guilty pleas for their lesser misdemeanor crimes. If they accepted, confessed their sins, and made the required defamations and repudiations, they would receive the blessings of a criminal record in lieu of a long prison sentence. The alternative was suffering a “Trial Tax” should they insist on their due process. This tax was weighed in the form of strange, unethical and unnatural mutations of small minor offenses into heavy felonies, made more onerous with the use of sentencing “enhancements”,

another gift from the disastrous Patriot act. These enhancements turned ordinary charges into the heaviest sentences imaginable, some exceeding decades behind bars.

It takes a strong mind to endure these depravations of freedoms and choice. For many, they look past these tribulations to thoughts of happier times to come, with family, friends, and freedom. They dream of the end of the persecutions, of the confinements, of a restored life among those loved who are so far away now. In their imaginations, they look to new configurations of existence, to possibilities with the new conditions of their probations and lifelong criminal records. They try to see a brighter future ahead of them, past the darkness of their slander, sentences and trials, into a light of family and renewed purpose.

In these letters, they repeat the mantra of Thanks for remembering who, what, and where they are, and always, they give a glimpse of their hopes once they travel past the gates of this tragic pogrom. Laced into these imaginative hopes, they repeat their persistent warnings … ARISE!

Dear Barbara,

Thank you for writing and for the happy birthday letter. They let me use a tablet where I can view your letter as an email, but I have to pay money to use the tablet longer than 15 minutes. It seems illegal and I find it very annoying. I have not fully read your letter yet, but I did notice some Mennonite and Amish writings and a reference to how poetic a certain verse is when it is read in Greek.

I “caught chain” (as they say), and rode to Pennsylvania, flew to Oklahoma and after 3 or 4 days rode to Texas. In Oklahoma I refused to take the Covid test and was locked in a small ### filled closet for 5 hours. It was an excellent opportunity to share the gospel of Christ with the guards. I was also celebrating the feast of unleavened bread or Passover (as best I could).

Now I am in Limestone Detention Center with a small pod Paisa (or Mexicans). I work on my art and learn Spanish. I really out of shape, so I am working out and trying to watch what I eat. The food is much better here and the staff is more respectful. The phones are more expensive and share a toilet with guys,

FYI, I was one of the guys in the Senate Chamber, the guy holding the American flag. Whoopsie! My bad! The cause was right, but the action … wrong! But God has used this situation to refine me. God’s blessings abound in me and I see them so much more clearly. I have a more healthy perspective on life. Praise God! It is crazy in prison but God is protecting me. I am deprived of all personal belongings, but I feel rich and without needs. My faith is being strengthened. My love for my wife has grown exponentially. Dearest Barbara,

Well, better late than never, yes? Thank you for writing me here at the DC Jail. Right now I am hours away from sentencing. You mentioned your faith, being Catholic Myself when I visited DC the day before January 6th – I stopped at the shrine of Pope John Paul the second and offered prayers. And on Epiphany I suppose I became a bit of American history, for better or worse.

It has been a long strange trip these past 2.5 years and I’ve never left DC. Congress has visited 3 times and had our vocals accompany Trump on a hit single. I’ve even been lucky enough to have folks put pictures I drew for them in a book.

But I lost everything important to me, lost the life I’ve lived prior… My marriage is over, my home gone, business lost and I’ve lost precious time with my daughter during her most tender years. That is something I’ll always remember about January 6 – – how so many established people went to protest and how many ended up losing so much. I recently had the pleasure of reading a letter you sent to ### we could tell based on the content that you were addressing ###... It’s OK ### knew right away who you intended it for. Remind me to keep you on my good side!

Barbara, there is so little of worth I can send back to those on the outside who have involved themselves in our lives while here in DC. Please accept these playing cards we used to pass the time with as a souvenir. You sometimes have to play the hand you’re dealt. God bless you for the care you’ve shown the men in here. Wow! You’re so close, yet so far. I received your letter last night. I asked the ever diligent/alert guards for an application. No joy. Shocking – I reacted rather than thought it will take a light year to process any type of paperwork. I’m seriously sorry to have missed you.

My children are coming out this weekend. Can’t wait. Best day ever!

Spoke w/ my attorneys once, the entire time of my visit here in the great St. of TX. Also, finished up with my psychology interview. WOW! “So Jeff, do you know what a judge is for.” Jeff do you understand how wheels are made? Jeff, – look @ me - how are you feeling, do you understand why you’re here? Can you tell me where the sun goes when it gets dark?” What!!?

It puts the circle in the square!! Hopefully I’ll be out of this establishment onto another dump. Brother! My pain has been orchestrated by John Kiyonaga ###-###-####/###-###-####. This fools actions are legend throughout the legal community. Psychologist asked, “Why I’ve changed attorneys so many times?” Hence, these two clowns, I have now. This time! I’ve been within 30 min of their office. I’ve been unable to reach them on the phone, or get a second visit. Lawyers suck to the Nth degree! OK enough.

Jordon Minx got 51 months. He’s a really great guy w/ a huge criminal history. 51 months. I’ll take that! I’d be out, like, this winter & off to a halfway house working @ Home Depot.

In closing: I’m sorry we missed this trip. Maybe another time.

This evaluation is all about if I have the ability to understand — is going on. Yet! These inmates here are smoking so much ### on a daily basis. I’d come up hot on a ### test. I’m the one w/ issues – inmates wandering around like zombies. OK Bro

Dear Marie,

Received your letter about a week ago, Wasn’t sure how best to respond. Not sure if we had written each other before.. But I do seem to recall corresponding with someone from King NC. Most of your letter talked about mushroom, so again was not sure how to write back to you. In addition, I received some remailed letters from some others that I have been in touch with. So it looks like you immigrated from France many years ago from your pictures it looks like you left a place that you really miss! Well, they moved me from Virginia on September 19th. Just another prison to me. There are two distinct differences, the food is better, and we do get to go out outside (every day) mostly to eat, which is in a different building. Outside of that, it’s pretty boring, there is so little to do. It’s not run well (I’ll skip the moronic details) really a waste of energy, all these guys, the manpower could be put to better use. Have a question, just what is PMP? Kind of hesitant of what to write next, I just don’t recall our previous correspondence and what was said. I apologize! Well, I’ll start with some of me. I’m 72, born in 1950, first born of six, My father was born in 1906. It was quite older than my mother. They are both in heaven now. High graduate 1961. Went to computer school shortly thereafter. Ended up in the army 1970, went to Thailand and worked in survillence on Vietnam. Started taking college courses in Sociology, Psychology & Criminality. Was thinking maybe law enforcement! Got out of army in 1973. Started a couple of businesses in 1974 & 1977 which I still do today. Have been married twice, have 5 children, 9 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild and many nieces and nephews! However since 9/11/2021 I have been involved in politics and governments. I have great concerns for this country. It has made me more aware of things. Was always conservative

& in 1974 A believer in God & son Jesus. I’m a patriot & would defend our country with my life. Which brings me full circle to the present. Must include what happened on Jan 6th and my reason for imprisonment!

Let me emphatically state that there are many elements in this country that bother me. Elections of our representatives has become precarious and greatly diminished! The process for free people via voting has been corrupted. Of all the good things that voting/elections has to offer, it becomes greatly diminished and basically useless if corruption is allowed to continue. Really what’s the point of voting if you don’t believe your vote counts. If there is even a hint, one iota of cheating then the process starts its slide towards irrelevancy!! What I experienceD on election night & Jan, 6th 2021 tells me along with all the continued denial of all the fraud, deceit, just the continual double speak or whatever really happened…Well… it is the beginning of the end of America as we know it! My conclusion & prayers is that God must & will intervene!! It is that bad! The blatant use of what I and others experienced on election night. And then only 2 months later what I experienced on Jan 6th 2021 must be dealt with and can. condemned in the harshest manner. That day we (Trump supporters) were we definitely infiltrated & sabotaged by paid agitators by our own government! Why? Because that’s how evil the swamp in D.C. has become. Trump was coming after the disease that exists there. They could not let that happen. There will be many FBI whistleblowers coming forward with what really happened that day! The truth is coming!! It’s great to hear from you again! I gotta really thank you for the memes - they did the job! No one else really sends me memes, not even my own “friends” lol just kidding - Trump playing the violin one is my favorite - so a quick update about me: I’ve been in upstate NY since the beginning of March, I just finished taking a Spanish class - the food is better here and I get to go out more. Anywhere is better than the DC Gulag I guess you can say - we have two volunteers that come in here every Monday to share the Gospel with us. One plays the guitar and we sing worship songs. I’m reading a book called “Born Again” by Charles Colson - he was special counsel to President Nixon during Watergate, and it’s crazy the similarities between Watergate and J6 - I just wrote a couple pages I’m gonna post on my socials on that topic, with a passage from that book about how the CIA was involved. My Truth Social is brand new so I’ll make sure to follow you! You’ll probably get this in a week or so, but tomorrow starts Memorial Day weekend so happy Memorial Day! (I hope my mail is not delayed more than that.) Anyway, just wanted to send you a quick hello and thank you for your letter - I look forward to your next one -

Thanks for your letters. I like them. I have looked into Q before. I feel they get a lot of it right. But one thing I don’t like is that Q tells us to wait for the White Hats to save us.

But I feel if you want (to be) saved you should at least save yourself or at least try. Because if they lose then it’s the end of us.

The Great Awakening. I say if people can’t see what’s going on then don’t know if they ever will. I feel in my heart God wants us to stand up against what is wrong. Not stand by and let it happen.

Do you think they will send Trump to jail? If they do, what do you think people will do if anything? Do you think he will get back in or not?

So how have you been? I hope all is good with you. I am doing OK just the same old thing going on. I just stay to myself here. If I am lucky I’ll be out in 3 1/2 more years. It’s going to feel like a lifetime. But try not to think of it.

When I get out (I’d) love to come see you and all the good people that write me. May have to wait till I am off (probation) paper to do that. The feds may not let me leave the state. It will all work out in time till then. I am going to keep planning on my life outside of here.

I hope you have been well. It has been a rough few weeks that’s for sure. I got 12 years for walking in the building and helping two police officers. I hate to be a statistic but I am one of the innocent people that got convicted and sent to prison. But I’ll back up a bit to your first letter. You missed me by a day or two in Lewisburg, we left there on the 14th–15th and were brought to DC for sentencing. Lewisburg was like a vacation. Excellent food, staff loved J6rs, and facility, although almost 100 years old (built 1932), was surprisingly nice with the exception of no heat or A/C.

Being back in DC has sucked. I went through quarantine, solitary for a week, then went to the unit for all of 2 days and then they took Stuart & myself to a solitary confinement unit. Refusing to tell us why. Just because they feel like it I suppose. Anyway we should be leaving here in a week or two heading back to a BOP location hopefully Coleman in Florida. It would be about 35 minutes from my house and I would be able to see my wife & kids & grandkids a lot! Which would make it much better!

I have some excellent appeal issues. But those will take at least a year to get completed. But hopefully, if we can win the 2 big issues it will be time served. 1st appeal is the sentencing appeal. (I get to argue why it’s wrong.) Then the case appeal which will take the longest and possibly end in the Supreme Court. But for sentencing I’ve got two main issues #1 8-point “Administration of Justice“ enhancement applied. (Which is 7 years.) And a 3-pt. terrorism enhancement, even though no crime of terrorism was argued or included anywhere prior to my sentencing. That 3 points represents only a 4-year difference but would ultimately

get me out in 2 years because it would not only take away 4 years making my criminal punishment 8 years. But also regulating me for Five-Step Act & 65% of sentence requirement instead of 85%. A 20% difference takes off another 2 years.

Any work in appeals and I should be home either 2024 end of year or 2025. My attorney is staying on but like you mentioned without funding these attorneys are falling off of cases quickly. Fortunately mine is also representing NAFTA. The guy on the Trump document indictment so he is not going anywhere. He is in this fight not just for me but for our country as well. He was the attorney the prosecution tried to bribe last week to get him to testify against Trump and my lawyer filed a complaint against them. So I feel good about him but just need to keep it all moving to try to get home.

Hope your son finds a good job. If he’s anything like you described it shouldn’t be hard. I’m worried about my family making it financially, we just cashed 401(k) so that’s the last of our resources. Sold stock, sold investment home, sold our 401(k). Now it’s all in God’s hands.

I have written a book. I plan on having it out in the Fall. Currently talking to Steve Bannon or Dan Bongino publishing people to try to get it out on time. It’s at about 60K words now. But I’ll end up at the 80K-90K words which is about a 300 page book. About the whole process and my arrest etc.… Well I’ll hopefully write you next from Florida.

Lesson 9  HOPE

July and August of 2023 broke heat records across the country. Inside the BOP prisons and the DC gulag, prisoners sweltered in inadequate facilities and suffered under the failing A/C systems. And it wasn’t just temperatures that were smashing records at this time either. The US economy was in free fall, the hordes of illegal immigrants flowing across the open US borders was now estimated by some at over 10 million individuals and counting. 85,000 of them, unaccompanied children, had gone missing, presumably into human trafficking rings, and no one knew where they had disappeared to. Outside our borders the world was igniting in brush fires of chaos; the middle east was heating up, but these conflicts were kindling fires beside the roaring conflagration of the Ukraine-Russian war. Iran was heading for Nuclear membership, CHINA was rattling its sabres at Taiwan, North Korea was renewing its missile testing, the BRIX movement was threatening the US Dollar’s supremacy, a new Covid strain threat was being barkered by the MainStream Media and the nation’s attention was fragmented as Congress warred with itself in the Capitol.

The January 6th trials in DC were grinding on, guilty verdicts became a predictable event and the only suspense left for some was how harsh the sentences could become with “Terrorism Enhancements”, courtesy of the failed and dangerous Patriot Act. The “TRIAL OF THE CENTURY” of the chief Proud Boys was underway as the government endeavored to prove their slim conspiracies of a militant force and a nonexistent insurrection. And in the end, the predictable verdicts arrived, delivered by predetermined jurists, followed by the harshest sentences politically biased DC district Judges could invoke. As the initial shock of the sentences faded, the Proud Boys themselves spoke out to the public through the conservative news outlets, giving interviews and testimony of the actual events and repeating the warnings for America to recognize truth and restore fairness and Justice for January 6 defendants and themselves.

But despite the all too visible results of each trial and plea, the prisoners of January 6th maintained and shared their Hope with each other and their supporters. It was a palpable thing, thinly veiled in

their descriptions of expectations of life after release. It shines out in their letters often, like flashes of bright light seen through a wind whipped tree. But more importantly, it imbues them with a strength of commitment to see the experience through, to life

without bars. As they stand at the brink of judgment in a system that has become predictably one sided in its prosecution and punishment, HOPE becomes a sustaining Art that must be practiced to be mastered.

Thank you so much for the thoughtful letter. Also thank you for the rosary, Armor of God, song lyrics, and “the glorious mysteries.” The FBI does look like fools and I hope to make them look like a bigger fools someday in my trial. I’m pretty sure DC organizations have been orchestrating all of the madness of 2020.

I draw a lot to pass the time here at C2B. I draw flags. - I decorate shoes. I flush out concept art. All sorts of stuff.

{{Artwork. Colorful star}}<—This is a 13 point star I’ve been working on. I think it might make a good tattoo. In prison you can only do black tattoos. If you use graphite and have the tattoo removed later with laser tattoo removal, the tattoo will spark in your skin. Yikes! Supposedly you can burn plastic and collect the soot as another ink source. Nothing is easy to do in prison, but you get lots of time to figure it all out. Old lunch trays get washed and turned into coffee tables. I made a rather smart looking top hat from file folders and playing cards. Old batteries can be taken apart and the copper core can be used as a sewing needle. Other inmates collect grass and moss to make prison gardens for their barred windows. The block is an ecosystem of activity clothing and water bottles are turned into improvised workout equipment. Everyone is reading something. I read the Bible front to back and finished it in May. At the moment I am reading “Nothing to Envy” by Barbara Demick. It is about how terrible life is in North Korea. I think if environmentalists get their way America will turn into

North Korea. I pray we can educate all these brainwashed children before it is too late to save them from themselves.

Dear Michelle Grillo,

Thank you so much for writing. I’m glad my mom was able to contact you. After getting back to Texas, I was finally able to have a visitation with my family. Non-contact thru a window. You asked a lot of questions about federal law, and seemed to imply that a good strategy is to take the public defender, lose at trial, and appeal your case in appeals court. I don’t think that is a good strategy. You are correct about the DC jury pool being unfair and biased, but also federal law is unfair and biased. In my case, my most serious charge was 111 (a) assault, or impeding, or obstructing a law enforcement officer. They said it was aggravated in that I was trying to cause a civil disorder. From my point of view I was just getting in the way of cops who were beating old people up. By the time I got to trial I had already served 2 years. While I was being hit with sticks/batons (large ones) I slapped the back of the hand of the officer. 60% of federal cases sentence a defendant based on the federal sentencing guidelines. fight your charges and you will do a year and a half more time. So federal law is inherently extortionary, but if you commit extortion you can expect to get 10 years of prison from the Fed. Anyways, I am in the process of reviewing an excellent book on the subject called “Busted by the Fed” that should probably be sent to the DC Gulag for the guys to have as a resource. I’m all for fighting back against the corruption of the federal government, but I don’t think federal criminal court is a fruitful battlefield for such a task. Instead supporting Marjorie Taylor Greene, Matthew Gaetz, Rand Paul, Lauren Boebert, etc. will bear more fruit. Fortunately we are in the midst of a crucial cultural war, and no suffering is wasted. My

conditions in Limestone county are more different than better or worse. Tablets are worse, I just get an email of my letter for 1 month (no physical copy). The food is better but you would not call it good, and we get more recreation time, like 4 hours a week instead of 2. I am glad to hear that Scott Fairlamb is out. He is a great guy and I’m glad he finally gets to start putting the pieces of his broken life back together.

I spend much of my time on art and reading. I should get out in August, but the Fed might lock me back up for not taking any plea deal. I’ll know in September. I hope this letter finds you healthy, wealthy, and happy. God bless you and yours.

Dear Barbara,

Thank you as always for writing me. Your letter reached me at a dark time. On Tuesday they threw me in the hole and will not tell me why. They only say I am under investigation. Please call your Congressman and the commandant of this Gulag and ask him why a Political Prisoner under his care is in the hole when he broke no rules. Seriously I can’t think of a single rule I have not obeyed to the letter. If you are linked to the J6 sites please let them know about this as well. Please pray for me to be released from the hole and my felony to be struck down.

They photo-copied your letter as it was on yellow paper so I couldn’t see the right side of your sentences. When you were at White Sands did you go visit the Trinity site? I was at Alamogordo for Lead-in Fighter Training but I never went there. Sorry to hear that Patriots are still being tormented by this two-tiered and corrupt legal system, but that is the current state of our country. I have very little hope that justice will ever be done in DC.

The verses you sent and all the poems were very well timed also, especially Psalm 119:84–88. Hopefully new stuff I sent before I was locked in the hole is on my Twitter page. I think it is @ larrybrockjr… I look forward to seeing The Sound of Freedom when I am freed from this Gulag and I am glad to hear you are donating to his organization. I will close for now.

Lesson 10  LOVE

I Corinthians 13:4-13

4 Love is patient and kind; love does not envy or boast; it is not arrogant 5 or rude. It does not insist on its own way; it is not irritable or resentful; 6 it does not rejoice at wrongdoing, but rejoices with the truth. 7 Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things. 8 Love never ends. As for prophecies, they will pass away; as for tongues, they will cease; as for knowledge, it will pass away. 9 For we know in part and we prophesy in part, 10 but when the perfect comes, the partial will pass away. 13 So now faith, hope, and love abide, these three; but the greatest of these is love.

Can you LOVE those who persecute you for righteousness sake? Can you keep your heart free of HATE and retribution when you have been deeply wronged? Can you find forgiveness while remembering that evil must be punished if the Good is to prevail?

Love takes many forms…the Greeks had words for 8 different forms of LOVE.

The one most appropriate here is the form Agape. It is the highest level of love to offer. It’s given without any expectations of receiving anything in return. Offering Agape is a decision to spread love in any circumstances including destructive situations. Agape is not a physical act, it’s a feeling, but acts of self-love can elicit Agape since self-monitoring leads to results.

In the gulags of America and beneath the unseen restraints of a new electronically monitored GULAG 2.0,

These are personal and deeply spiritual questions because they ask us to look into ourselves, into our hearts and minds, and ultimately to judge ourselves and our actions. We truly are the final arbiters, the only competent judges of our motives and actions. We each define LOVE and HATE in our own ways and express it as uniquely as each

of us are. But as the scripture above says of the three things that will abide, the Greatest of these is LOVE. As you read these letters in this final lesson, look for the expressions and words of LOVE in its many forms. It is

Love of Liberty, Love of Life, Love of Country, Love of Family, Love for Supporters, and Love of Freedom!

Knowing these things now, having seen these pages, how will you show these Prisoners Your Love?

I was incarcerated for 40 days for possession of Marijuana, I became a Christian shortly before going to a county jail. While there, I started to draw and found I was pretty good at it. Other than construction drawings, I really never did continue after I was released. However, I have an eye for detail. I do high end trim carpentry (I have even built custom furniture and cabinets) and high end tile work.

When I was arrested for J•6, I decided to do some drawings and now I have done close or just a bit more than 100 of them. It is truly a gift from Father, to Him be ALL the glory.

Matthew Krol is a remarkable artist and he is also quite resourceful. He told us he only uses an ink pen, and coffee and m&m’s are used for colors.

Dearest Lydia,

Well, I’m leaving here soon and wanted to send a last note to you before being shipped off to prison. I am trying to get to Florida where my folks live. It would be good to be close to them for visits as they age. Unfortunately, we are hearing that men are being warehoused by the Bureau of Prisons nowhere near where they should be. That is alarming now that I’m homeless as I don’t like the idea of being bounced around the country my entire bid. I was sentenced to 7 years, and that has a Biblical feel for me. With 30 months served, good time, programming and halfway house, I hope that I am almost to the midway point of my time inside. The biggest punishment for me is the time lost with Holly, my daughter. She just had a birthday party at the beach, a mermaid/ rainbow themed one. I got her a story book of Noah’s ark and the rainbow. Lydia, she is so sharp— It gets hard getting hung up when she asks me where I am. I feel like I need to come up with something soon that satisfies her curiosity. I’m trying to write a fairy tale that rhymes with my experience and is fun for a little one. One that becomes more profound as an age of understanding is reached. The Proudboys convicted of seditious conspiracy are here awaiting sentencing. I feel they’ll be treated as roughly as the Oathkeepers were. Now that Trump is himself a J6 defendant we hope that more will come to light about the 2020 election and J6 itself. In my own case, more video has been made public which calls into question the veracity of testimony given in my trial. I have hope for my appeal. Lydia, it has been a long strange trip the past 2 1/2 years. From 23/1 lockdowns and no haircuts to 3 visits from Congress, a song featuring our vocals accompanying

Trump hitting the charts and a book of our letters and art being published. But it has come at a steep price and all the good is little consolation for a life that has been scrappedheaped and will be years yet to begin repairing. The men here are eager for things to go their way and Trump’s candidacy gives us a hope for vindication. Dearest Michelle,

Howdy from the DC Gulag! Apologies for not reaching out lately. I think I’ve suffered from “grief overload”. I really just wanted to shut down socially. It was tough to just basically see my entire life scrapheaped and it’ll still be some years before I can attempt to rebuild. I was sentenced to 7 years - very biblical feel to that number. With good time, 30 months served, programming and halfway house, I am almost (maybe) midway through my time inside. We are hearing the men are not being warehoused by the Bureau of Prisons anywhere near where they should be. Kelly Meggs was supposed to head to Florida but is in Philadelphia, Stuart Rhodes is in Maryland when he was headed to Texas, James McGrew is in Allentown, PA when he was headed to Mississippi… this really is alarming for me now that I’m homeless as I really think getting kicked around the country my entire life would be pretty terrible.

I’m trying to land in Florida where my parents live, hoping for Coleman FCI. My daughter Holly just had a birthday party - it was held at the beach, a mermaid / rainbow party. I got her a story book about Noah’s ark and the rainbow, that’s a good one to start kids on.

Michelle, I am still hung up over what to tell her when she asks where I am. She is so bright, she needs something that will satisfy her curiosity. With the DOJ swinging for the fences I expect they’ll be handled as roughly as the Oath keepers were. All this as more and more Biden family corruption comes out. Thank you for your letter and adding me to your updated list. FCI Allenwood. while still prison, is much better than the local jail. I have a job making furniture that pays a little, but also gives me something to do during the day. I can work out outside daily and visit the library. I of course want to be home, but it isn’t bad here. I’m here with James Mault and we see each other’s daily and hang out. Thank you for all you do via the PMP and other ways to raise awareness about our situations. It helps to get mail from PMP members supporting us and knowing that the people we stood for haven’t forgotten us.

I’m in contact with my appeal attorney now and hoping that process quick and successful! Vote in November and tell others to vote too. Let’s take Congress back and start OUR J6 investigations.

I am on a medium block, so it’s hard to get word out or even really keep up with current events other than fake news. Every day when the pill cart shows up, it’s like cattle to the hay truck. Mother ##### crazy, mumbling, drooling, psychotic, rapist pedophiles, punks and drug runners, start slow walking into a long line. You wait 30 minutes and the show begins. Yelling into the fan, standing in corners screaming for help, simulating driving a car with a stick shift around The Bay area…. the corrections officer “Watson” hides behind the computer screen surfing for handbags and cell phone covers… there’s a dude ##### on the stairs, talking out loud in a full-blown conversation with no one!

Everyday all day, “isn’t the food good?”

If I take a ##### plea I plead guilty to that fag Captain Augustine’s charges against me. 1 billion dollars for some pole smoking fashion victim, whose entire life as a corrupt MPD officer hinges his retirement on the outcome of his lawsuit against me. Gardez Afghanistan, 2002. Shi Kot valley. 9 to 10,000 ft elevation, January and February. Don Hayes (TACP, TACTICAL AIR CONTROL PERSONNEL), Air Force ground control. We’ve been playing LeapFrog across mountain tops, watching small towns and villages far below. The team, ODA 394, was below at the base. We drive to each area, Pull security, Don, myself and team captain crawl our way to the top, over the ridge and post up between the rocks. And wait. We usually wait for a couple of days at a time.

Backtrack. We get Intel “there’s booger eaters with trucks and munitions, get rid of it!”

It takes about 2/3 of a day to work our way up, high altitude, no O2, and Max altitude problems. watching out for toe popper mines left over from the Soviets ( thanks guys!. ). At the top: ankle to knee deep snow. Slither in between the rocks. Drop our rucksacks and settle in with a good cigarette (I picked up smoking. Every soldier was doing it. ) and a long pull from The “camelback.” Catch My breath and pull out the ISLID (can’t remember what it stood for but) Set it up on a tripod and grabbed our commanders Steiner binoculars. they have built-in computers. The ISLID is used for spotting a target, painting it with IR laser and giving accurate grid locations of the Target and direction and distance. It’s pretty cool! :-). the savages hate it.

Next day - we see far below about a mile straight line distance. A small town village, on the outside, a cluster of homes, maybe four or five, some Toyota Hilux trucks, two or three. Four door cars, three to five, lots of dudes standing around, laughing, patting

each other on the back, drinking hot camel ###. Most likely covering topics of ### pounding a 5 year old boy against his will.

Tongue punch a goats fart box, orthrow stones at a 15-year-old little girl tied to a tree. The others are loading ammo crates into the trucks.

Don starts lining up b-52’s for an airstrike. He plans on two drops one 500 pounder, the second a JDAM 2000 pounder. He lines the optics guided JDAM first and mops up with the 500 pounder. Myself and the captain, captain spivey, watch and practice with the optics. We paint the target, shoot the distance and direction, call it into the team. Don is mumbling his Air Force speak to the pilots. The sun is high and air cold. I’m in my light sleeping bag for warmth. Why? It’s ##### cold. Don says 30 minutes out, stand by, continue grid, direction, roger, target, holding standby. I see them laughing, smiles, touching each other.

Laughing! Loading boxes, laughing.

I see you. No fear, no pain. I don’t feel the elements anymore. Time spins by in the blink of an eye.

Don says five minutes… paint Target in four. I didn’t realize I was holding my breath. I took a deep breath, waiting. Here I come #### #####, 9-11. Remember 9/11. Don says “1 minute, paint target.” Target painted with IR laser, making a splash on the side of a Toyota in the middle of the group. 30 seconds inbound. Laughing, smoking…

9/11, I see you.. by the time you hear it, it’s too late.

The rocket flies over our head, you see the savages down below stop what they’re doing, all at once they all look in the same direction. Like looking for me. They can’t see me. Just death. Not laughing anymore, no more patting each other.

I’m watching you. Once they realize what is happening, they take two steps and it impacts with this force of the Hand of God. A flash, tons of dirt, smoke and we wait.

Don says 30 seconds!; we wait, watching. Trucks on fire, a few bodies lay motionless, homes almost crushed. Here it comes. Just as bad ass as the first round. Flash of light and fire, tons of smoke and dirt. We wait.

The scene has changed completely. Most of the homes are gone or on fire. The trucks are destroyed, no more small sedans. Just wreckage on fire. They’re not laughing anymore.

We radio to the team, “mission complete.” Don’s thanking the Air Force crew, giving them battle damage. The captain and I start picking up our gear. We slide our way back through the rocks and down the mountain. It’s getting dark, but the going is easy. The team is waiting on us with engines running. Ready to go. Load our gear, high five and motor to the next valley.

FMC FT WORTH VISIT ATTEMPT

In late June of 2023, while attending the Great American Summit, Terri and I drove out to the facility where they are holding Jeff McKellop to visit him. We arrived before the required time, filled out the request and then waited in the sun outside the prison for three hours before being told we could not visit him because no one could find the request documents. We finally drove away without having done much more than see the outside walls of his prison.

Thank you for your letter on the 25th of July. They threw me in the hole without giving me a reason. My counselor, Ms. Buckmaster has told me this will be indefinite. I broke no prison rules and I think they are doing this just to unilaterally upgrade my minimum security sentence to max/super max time. I spend 23 hours a day in here and most days 24 as we are only allowed to shower every three days. Another counselor, Ms Phillips told me I would not be allowed out unless a Congressman calls. Please pray for me and get the word out.

Bunker Hill is an amazing place to visit. I have only been in Boston once. Did you do the rest of the freedom tour? The Old North Church? I do wonder if our revolution would have been successful if King George III had the FBI?

Thank you for all the other quotes you sent. The 69th Psalm really struck me as I was reading the Bible today. Where is Des Moines, WA in relation to Seattle? I assume it is in the part that wants to join Idaho?

If you want to help me, please call the Springfield Gulag and ask for Lt. Cross to explain why I am in here, the warden to ask Lt. Cross is being allowed to uniterally upgrade my sentence. They will say it is pending investigation, but I broke no rules and said nothing bad about anyone. I cannot tell you how frustrating this is. I don’t recognize your name. Have you written before? If not? Google me. In a nutshell? I am a political prisoner. I’ve been in jail for 2 1/2 years, seen my children twice (total of four hrs), I’ve had everything I own removed from my life. Between the FBI & DOJ & my Ex. everything is gone. Currently holding the status of “Homeless Vet”.      I’m on my fourth set of attorneys seems the DOJ has called each & explained, if they look @ any video, listen to anything I say, feel any emotion whatsoever, their Barr Lic will be revoked.

So, I’m @ a point where I’ll take any attorney I can find. My current fools Bright, Linder & Shipley, – XXX-XXX-XXXX, XXX-XXX-XXXX, XXX-XXX-XXXX Give them a “Shout Out”, maybe they can explain where I stand. Am I getting the death penalty or 8–15 years as promised by John Kiyonaga XXX-XXXXXXX, XXX-XXX-XXXX  “JK was around for 8–10 months when all of a sudden he pops up w/a dynamic plea deal. “Oh Jeff, I’ll go to trial if you want me to. But! I was speaking w/the DOJ about a cool plea deal. If you plead guilty to terrorism, you hate Trump, denounce your love this country, you finger blast little boys, hate cats, hate nuclear power, & fall in lockstep w/ Biden & this ##### stooge Harris? Have you heard about our treatment in DC? There’s an attorney I was working w/ to file a “habeas corpus” & civil lawsuit against DC & the correction facility. Nope! We will have none of that! “Jeff if you give me 30K, we can get this rolling. Give me all your legal & complaint documentation, we’ll start process.”   Nope.   Joseph McBride XXX-XXX-XXXX. Never to be seen again.

My due process has been violated 9 different ways to Sunday, I have no, none, zero legal paperwork, or video discovery of my case. Mr. Bright came here the other day – I’ve been here over five months & seen these dudes three times. – Brought a woman I’ve never seen before, we watched my video discovery as if it were the first time. Oh! It was the first time! ###### have been on the case for months. I guess they hit the “Block” button on their phone? I can’t get through anymore. So much for a fair trial.

I’m being sued by Cpt David Augustine of the MPDC. Seems @ one point during J6 he & I came into contact. Now he’s suffering from PTSD, TBI, strike fear, permanent body disfigurement. Had to move to a desk job in fear of a J6er coming after him. 1 million dollar lawsuit – #### #####!  Just a few of the things I’m dealing with.

They felt there was hope.

For justice to be done.

It was peaceful yet turbulent.

The sea of people was oscillating.

Too big to see its borders.

Flags were flying in red, white, and blue.

Yellow, white, and green.

An appeal to heaven, Trump 2020.

How can it be a trespass when police wave you in?

Anti-terrorism task forces invaded homes.

Terrorizing wives, children, parents and neighbors.

Pointing lasers on the chest of little children.

Braking doors with battering rams

Blocking video camera to do their evil deeds.

Innocent men were taken in handcuffs from their families.

It was like the German gestapo.

It has been a 1000 days.

We wear black today.

In support of all J6ers who are unjustly punished

To protect an illegitimate government.

They wanted the redress of their grievances.

Instead, they got the heavy hammer of tyranny.

Families are broken apart.

J6ers are tortured in the jails, Being denied medical attention, Being beaten and kept in solitary confinement. But their resolve has not faded. They sing the national anthem every night, With supporters waving flags at the vigil. It has been a 1000 days.

God will vindicate his people. He will expose the truth. The lies always come to light. It has been a 1000 days and we want Justice.

Be brave patriots. Be brave wives and mothers.

Final Test  DETERMINATION

IIt has been going on for decades, but we now are approaching the Final Exams of Freedom and Liberty in this Republic. There will be no curve for this grade. There will be no retakes. It will be PASS or FAIL. All grades are FINAL and the results will become America’s Permanent Record.

In season 3 of the original Star Trek series, there was an episode called “The Empath”. In it, Capt. Kirk and Dr. McCoy are repeatedly tortured to near death in front of an alien empath who can heal them, but only by taking their injuries into her own body. This TEST was to see if her species would willingly sacrifice itself, even unto death, for the good of another; for a purpose instinctually greater than her own life. If she passed the TEST, she, her planet, and her species would be

saved from a cataclysmic event by the Testers. For the two officers being used as pawns in this TEST, the purpose of their suffering was indecipherable to them as victims, just as it is for the January 6th prisoners today. They could not see any appropriate purpose or cause worthy of their great affliction and persecutions. They felt powerless in the face of an overwhelming superiority of strength and absolute control. And when they finally understood they were to possibly die for this TEST, Dr. McCoy rejected her offer of sacrifice for him. I did get your letter from the 22nd and it was not copied so I could read the whole letter this time. Thank you for praying for my appeal. I truly believe that only God can stop the evil in our country now. I sometimes think if God punished Sodom and Gomorrah, what does he owe the United States? I think the only reason his wrath has not been poured out on this nation is due to the prayers of the faithful. When the rapture occurs and that remnant is removed, bad times.

I am glad to hear your dog is on the mend, but sorry about the cost of the pills. I hope Judy has found a place and you enjoyed/are enjoying her company.

I am trying very hard to have a good attitude about this. I do think I am closer to God now, but I wasn’t far to begin with. “Everything can be taken from a man but one thing: the last of the human freedoms – to choose one’s attitude in any given set of circumstances. – Frankl” Great quote. Psalm 142 was particularly a good boon to my spirit as well. It is Labor Day weekend and were I free, I would be out on the lake with my family. I hope my parents are alive when I get out. I want to thank everyone for their support. My sentencing didn’t go that great but there will be an appeal. For those who haven’t heard, I got 52 months. I have no criminal record, I served my country, in combat, I’m a single Father and they give me 52 months, Child molesters, Rapist and Drug dealers wouldn’t have even gotten that much time, In court, the FBI and prosecution flat out KNOWINGLY Lied about why I went to the Rally on Jan. 6th, They said I went there with the only intent to beat up police officers. That is in fact the opposite why. They had no proof of that to show - They used comments I made about protecting myself and other Rally attendees from ANTIFA thugs, They still are trying to brainwash the American people into thinking ANTIFA wasn’t REAL. Even though those dirt bags had their own flags. I guess we all just imagined all those riots in cities across America. The truth is, ANTIFA was an FBI controlled organization. The FBI was behind their creation just like the FBI was behind the election fraud that stole the election from President Trump. The FBI and the deep state Democrats AND deep state Republicans (Rhinos) were the ones who messed with the Dominion voting machines online and organized the whole fraud election that night and into the morning. The FB I wants you to shut up about it and thats just one reason why they are calling you a domestic terrorist if you don’t. I am the son of a retired police officer, I was a military policeman myself, I have a lot of frlends that are police officers who are great human beings. But, when I see a police officer, or in the case of the January 6th protest, several police officers BEATING PEACEFUL protesters including WOMEN, in front of children at that, then it’s my God given, christian duty to do something. And thats exactly how thousands of us felt. I have no dought that we saved lives that day, Lives that the Capitol police would have killed. This was the scene I walked into. Not only were the police beating protesters over those bicycle racks, but they were also shooting non-lethal rounds into the crowd and tossing Flash Bangs in the MIDDLE of the crowds.This my friends is what caused the storming of the Capitol. You had Americans that wouldn’t back down from doing the right thing. Those are true, brave Patriots. Now do I and others regret that day, absolutley. Nothing, like what the police were doing should ever happen in this country, No one wants to see that. So yes, I regret what happened. I also believe with all my heart that the FBI and the Democrots set that up. The FBI had cameras everywhere in the crowd, Everywhere, I believe certain police officers, or FBI were put out there to beat people and stir 3] trouble, Those police officers were no hero’s that day. I can go outside as much as I like, have a very nice library, and a job making furniture. I obviously want to be home, but this place is a huge step up. I’m here with J6r James Mault and we talk and hang out daily. Food is decent and staff professional towards us. I appreciate your and everyone’s support. It’s more uplifting than you could know having letters from people who understand why we did what we did. I hope soon we will control Congress and some REAL investigation into J6 can start. We see the pilot shortage now impacting American airlines and NCY is shuttering Firehouses over Covid mandates. We heard a South West pilot even signed off a message to his passengers with a “Let’s go Brandon!”

Tucker Carlson looks like he is producing an expose over the events of January 6th and we hope it starts to turn this narrative around. The men here love this country and we sing the national anthem every night. Recently this practice was attacked as the “ritual” of a “cult.” I’m tired of being a monster, with all that is said about us we should have just been sent to Guantanamo Bay already. It is all lies, but at least I would have gotten to visit Cuba!

Lydia, I believe I remember writing back to you. The unique name and the state that Madison Cawthorn represents make your mention of this being a second letter stand out. Looks like the mail got intercepted. There’s been a lot of that. Tampered envelopes too, It is bad enough that mail takes so long to reach us that they become time capsules, ours are like messages in a bottle. We never know if they will get where they are suppose to. No haircuts or religious services still and I just noticed with the passing of November 4th, I will be only 3 months away from a year of incarceration. No trial dates in sight, no bond either. I’m glad you got to check out my story. Your right about it being horrible. In my opinion everyone involved in the raids are pure ###. Another hour or so and they could have just pulled me over on my way to work and not put my family through all that they went through that day. Or like you said, a phone call would’ve worked too.

I get on the phone with them vigil people outside and I get all nervous though. Be it this new one or the ones at Northern Neck or the one they do for the DC jail. It sucks. I always forget to plug my givesendgo and I never finish a thought the way I hoped to.

It is what it is I guess. I’m happy that they are there out for us.

I know the first one here was a on STORMTROOPER’s live feed and last night is/was on STOP HATE live feed. I wish we could watch and or listen to it somehow.

I hope you’re doing good. I have been having a trying time. But I’ll get to that in a few. I got your newsletter last night and I got to say it made me so happy. After I left the D.C. jail I haven’t had any letters from anyone, I don’t have pictures of my family, I haven’t been able to read or watch the news… But your newsletter really made me happy so thank you. That’s the first I’ve seen Trump’s mugshot. Is that his real mugshot? Looks better than mine does. And I like the selfie of Trump with the lion too. That’s a good one. I don’t know who would write Trump Won in cool letters on the walls in every cell I’m in but I am liking it. Speaking of cool lettering, I like the new header. I don’t know Mr. Miller but nice work.

I love my Q updates too as you already know. Nobody knows anything about Q in here. At least in D.C. I had other Anons to talk to, so please keep ‘em coming.

So I left D.C. sometime toward the end of June to come to prison. My points scored out to a medium security prison (because of my past) so it is what it is I figured. I could work them points down doing programs and classes and get to a lower custody camp. Right? Wrong. Halfway through flying and driving me across this half of America, my points got bumped up and I now sit in a maximumsecurity federal prison. When you say Big Sandy to someone that’s been in the system for a minute you get back “Oh Big Sandy. Stab or be stabbed.” So that’s just great. Oh check this out. My points went up the same day Trump was indicted in D.C. It was a B.S.

bump up too. 2 points for not having a GED or diploma & 4 points for escape from the prison within the last five years. But I’ve never escaped from any place. I haven’t even been in trouble in the last five years and even though you can’t tell from my spelling sometimes I have my GED. It’s them 6 Points that got me in this stab or be stabbed prison. Getting here sucked too. Quick rundown. I left D.C. on the prison bus, drove to Kentucky. Jumped on a plane. Flew to Oklahoma. Stayed 3 days. Back on a bus. Back to a plane. Flew to Kentucky. Jumped on a bus. Drive to Mississippi. Stay in Mississippi for 3 weeks. Back on the bus. Drive to Kentucky. Back on the plane. Fly to Oklahoma. Stay one day. Back on the bus. Back on a plane. Fly to Kentucky. Back on the bus. Drive to GA. Stay in a holdover overnight, sleep on the floor then drive to the Fed. U.S. Penitentiary. Stay there for 3 weeks before finally coming to Big Sandy. Now I’ve been here going on three weeks and we’ve been in lockdown most of the time. There’s more to it all but I won’t put you through all that. I’m going to be doing an update for the Gateway Pundit soon and it will be in there too though.

Ms. Ainsley sent me an email saying that there’s a book registry for books, magazines, and papers. I did write her back using the computer but I figured I would also request via this letter through you too. If this isn’t a good way to ask just never mind this part. But I am requesting and asking for a nice King James Bible. (I’m really not into the New King James). I first found God using King James. I am also hoping to get someone to please help me out with subscriptions to the USA today and the Epoch Times newspaper. I miss news and info. Being an ANON I know you understand how the lack of news information could very well

send me over the edge. I’m kidding, I won’t go over any edges but I do miss the news. So if you’re able to get my request to someone that could/would/will help I would appreciate ya.

Thomas was arrested on 4/13/2021 in Sprinfield, IL. After a bench trial he was found guilty on 2 counts. He was sentenced to 14 months of incarceration and 36 months of supervised release. He is currently at FCI Forrest City Low, AR.

TOMMY ALLAN

He was arrested in Granite Bay, CA on 1/22/2021. He is currently at MDC Los Angeles CA serving his sentence. He pled guilty on two counts and was sentenced to 21 months of incarceration, 36 months of Supervised Release and a Special Assessment of $100.

NICOLE ARMSTRONG

When Nicole learned that fellow patriots were being systematically arrested and incarcerated for attending the rally on January 6th, she wanted to reach out to them in some way. He has been incarcerated since 8/10/2021. Thomas is a hard-working man from Texas. He had a tire business he was manning during the day, and he worked the graveyard shift at a distribution center. RICHARD BARNETT (BIGO)

Richard was arrested in Bentonville, AR, on 1/8/2021. He spent some time at DC-CTF and then was placed on a High Intensity Supervision Program on 4/28/2021. He was on all counts at his trial on 1/18/2023 and sentenced to 54 months of incarceration, a special assessment of $455 and a $2.000 of restitution.

JOE BIGGS

He has been incarcerated since 8/10/2021. A decorated veteran of the Iraq and Afghanistan wars, he was found guilty of seditious conspiracy and sentenced to 17 years of incarceration. He is currently at FCI Talladega, AL. His mom is now raising his 6-year-old daughter. He is appealing the unjust verdict inflicted by Judge Kelly. His case is on appeal.

LARRY BROCK

As a graduate of the Air Force Academy, a patriot and a retired Lt. Col. from the Air Force, Larry has served this country in combat in both Iraq and Afghanistan. He attended the January 6, 2021 rally held in Washington D.C. to support President Trump and the truth about election. Police let him in without objection and Larry urged people “to respect the people’s house.”

The judge at the sentencing hearing commended Larry on his military record and verbally agreed that Larry did no damage to property and he did not threaten or harm any person. Larry is a Christ follower, a servant leader and a patriot.  Larry is serving a two year sentence, currently in Springfield, MO, which started May 29, 2023. His family misses him including his nine year old son and he is constantly in our prayers.

LONNIE LEROY COFFMAN

Lonnie, a 71-year-old Vietnam veteran, was arrested on 1/6/2021. He was on pretrial detention for a long time where fellow inmates took care of him as much as they could. He pleaded guilty to 2 charges and was sentenced to 46 months in prison, 3 years of supervised release, and a special assessment of $200.00. He was released in September and has been working on putting his life back together.

MASON COURSON

Mason Courson is 28 years old. He was born and raised in South Florida. Dec 14, 2021 his life was temporarily taken from him and he has been held for 715 days now. Mason is a father to a beautiful four-year-old little boy, the oldest of three children, loves family gatherings, celebrating, and eating lots of food. He played college football, served on the venue control team at church, and has a real passion for finance, economics, and cryptocurrency. Despite the horrific things that have happened to him in the past two years, he still has an incredible love for his country and standing up for what he believes in. Right now, his focus is on getting home, starting his life over with his son, and using his knowledge to rebuild his career. He dreams of the day America is made great again. He is currently serving at FCI Coleman, FL.

LUCAS DENNEY

Lucas, a single father of two and a war veteran was arrested on 12/7/2021. He was sentenced to 52 months of incarceration, 35 months of supervised release and a $100 special assessment. His case was appealed on 11/2/2023.

KYLE FITZSIMONS

“I have always been patriotic. Growing up in the Hudson Valley of NY and its rich history of the American Revolution will do that. I have been involved in local politics in Maine as a grassroots supporter of the individual rights enshrined in our Constitution. I am a life long learner and have applied myself to many activities and hobbies that allow for self sufficiency including raising livestock, whole animal butchery, hunting, trapping, tanning, leathercraft and gardening. I am the father to the most beautiful little girl and cannot wait to hug her again. I am using this time of incarceration to continue learning new things and maintaining correspondences which strengthen both my own spirit and those of the Americans who have reached out to me during this spectacle.” He is currently serving at FCI Coleman, FL.

DANIEL GOODWYN

He was in DC in his capacity as a citizen journalist for StopHate.com. He was arrested on 1/29/2021 and spent 21 days in COVID quarantine. He was sentenced to 60 days, 12 months supervised release. He spent the last 39 at FCI Bastrop, TX. He also was ordered to pay $500 in restitution and a $25 special assessment and a $2,500 fine. He is now back fighting for the truth about January 6th and helping other J6ers any way he can. He can be heard on various shows. He hopes to go back to San Francisco in the near future to continue fulfilling his call from God to pray for the city.

JAMES GRANT

James Grant is 31 years old. He pushed a fence at the political protest at the Capitol when he was 28. He was arrested and charged with assault with a deadly weapon, even though every police officer involved said no weapon was used when asked by the FBI. He had plans to be in law school on a scholarship but instead he is in the DC jail aka the DC Gulag coming up on 2 years.

DONALD HAZARD

Don was arrested in Hurst, TX on 12/7/2021. He pled guilty to one count and was sentenced to 57 months of prison, 35 months of supervised release, and payment of $2,000 in restitution and a $100 fine. He is currently serving his sentence at FCI Beaumont Low in Beaumont, TX.

DOUG JENSEN

Doug was arrested on 1/8/21 and has been held hostage for 1,054 days as of today(11/28/23)! He was found guilty on all charges at his trial September 2022 and sentenced to 5 years in December 2022, 36 months of supervised release, and ordered to pay a $100 special assessment.

He has been married to April for 27 years and has three children. He worked in the Local 177 Union for 21 years prior to his arrest! Doug is at FMC Fort Worth serving the rest of his sentence 12 hours away from his family. After being denied visitation for 2 years his wife has been able to see him a few time as travel is expensive and he is so far away. He will be eligible for half-way house in early 2024.

DAVID JUDD

David is a 37 year old Texas born American Patriot. He worked for Donald Trump before and after his Presidency. A devout Christian, David has spent much time helping those in need within the community. A college graduate with a Bachelor of Science degree, David has spent much of his working career with several of the local Dallas sports franchises. He is a musician as well and was part of the worship team at his church. David was arrested in Carrolton, TX. He was found guilty on two counts. He was then sentenced to 32 months of prison. 24 months of supervised release, ordered to pay $2000 in restitution, and $200 in special assessment. He was also imposed a fine in the amount of $5,691 equivalent to his fundraiser. He is serving his sentence at FCI Seagoville, TX.

JULIAN KHATER

Julian was arrested on 3/15/2021 in Newark, NJ and has been incarcerated since then. Julian has been in jail and now prison for almoast three years, A father of little boys, he misses his family very much. Julian pled guilty to two counts and Judge Hogan, a Reagan appointee sentenced him to 80 months of prison, 24 months of probation, a $10,0000 fine, $2,000 in restitution and $200 in special assessment. Julian is serving at FCI Danbury CT.

MATTHEW KROL

Matt has been incarcerated since Feb 22, 2022. He is from Michigan and has been married to his beautiful bride for over 39 years, with three adult children and two precious grandkids. Matt had a 119 second heart FLAT LINE while in solitary confinement and received a pacemaker two days later. He has recently found out that the pacemaker is malfunctioning and desperately needs another implant. Matt is scheduled to be sentenced mid December, 2023.

JAKE LANG

DC Jail Gulag in ‘The Hole’ - Jake Lang is a 28 year old man of faith & entrepreneur from New York. He started his own social media platform called Liberty Centric, which is 100% Free Speech. He went to D.C. on January 6th to capture footage of the rally for his platform and witnessed the spraying and beating by the Capitol police on fellow patriots. He was arrested 10 days later on 1/16 and will have been incarcerated for 1050+ days without a trial. Jake organizes fundraisers for the Jan 6 community including the January 6 Legal Fund & SponsorJ6.com & J6Truth.org.

The Documentary he produced from jail ‘The Truth About January 6’ is the #1 viewed video ever on Rumble at 2 million views, & his Political Prisoner Podcast hosted by Gateway Pundit, has become one of the largest podcasts in the country. Jake’s Obstruction of Congress charge has been pushed up to the Supreme Court and they will decide whether or not to hear it Dec 1st.

CHRISTIAN MANLEY

Christian was arrested on 10/15/2021 in Anchorage, AK. He pled guilty to one count. He was sentenced to 50 months of incarceration, 36 months of supervised release, and ordered to pay $2,000 in restitution and $200 of special assessment. He is serving his sentence at FCI Yazoo City Low MS.

RONALD COLT MCABEE

Sarah McAbee, a constitutional and January 6 activist from Nashville, Tennessee, is not only a passionate advocate for her husband but also for the entire January 6th community. JAMES MCGREW

A Marine Corps Veteran, Patriot, ambitious, adventurous, humble and a blessing to many, James feels other’s needs are just as important as his own, sometimes putting others before himself. James enjoys family time and time especially with his son. James was arrested on 5/28/2021 in Glendale, AZ. He was sentenced to 78 months in prison, 36 months of supervised rel;ease, and ordered to pay a $5,000 fine, $2,000 in restitution and a $100 special assessment.

JEFF MCKELLOP

Jeffery McKellop - Jeff is a retired Ranger and Green Beret who served his country for 22 years in Uniform and 10 years as a private security operator. He was awarded three Bronze Stars. He has two beautiful teenage children. A warrior and self made man, Jeff had never been arrested before. On Jan. 6th, he allegedly pushed officers back as they were spraying the trapped crowd. While wearing a gas mask, he attempted to take the pepper spray from an officer. After it fell, he threw the bottle but did not hit anyone with it. The DOJ charged him with 17 counts for that incident and threatened decades in prison. At the time of this writing, Jeff has been incarcerated since March of 2021; Without a Trial !

KELLY MEGGS

He has been incarcerated since 2/17/2021. He was arrested om Middle District, FL. A Christian, he is very close to his family. His children are trying to keep the family farm on a very low income. He was part of one of the first Oath Keepers trials. Unjustly found guilty of seditious conspiracy, Kelly was Sentenced to 12 years of incarceration and 36 months of supervised release. He is serving his sentence at FCI Memphis, While there, he works in landscaping and was allowed to carve the name of the facility on the grass of the softball field.

DAVID MEHAFFIE

David is the man who was mercilessly beaten by Capitol police while he was defenseless as seen on videos. He was arrested on 8/12/2021 in Kettering, OH. He was sentenced to 14 months of incarceration, 24 months of supervised release, and a special assessment of $220.

JON MELLIS

Jon Mellis is a man of great energy and love of life. When he is not at his home in Nashville, you could find him spending many a night in the backcountry of America and many a day helping his community. He would volunteer with charities such as Ronald McDonald House, Nashville Youth Special Olympics, and his local Senior Center. GARRET MILLER

Garret is from North Dallas, Texas and went to the Capitol for the Trump rallies scheduled that day. He was arrested on January 21, 2021 and held in the Texas jails due to injury sustained while in custody. After a period of recuperation he was transferred to the D.C. Gulag to stand trial. He was the first defendant to have his 1512C: Obstruction of a Proceeding, dismissed by his judge. Another aspiring artist, Garret often includes drawings and illustrations in his letters to sponsors.

WILLIAM ROBERT NORWOOD

Robert was arrested in Greer, SC on 2/25/2021. As of this writing, Robbie is working as a shipping supervisor for Warehouse Services Incorporated at Michelin in the upstate of South Carolina. He’s a former full-time southern gospel quartet singer and still loves to sing the gospel whenever possible. He’s always loved his country and wants to make it a better place for his daughter. He’s already served a year in prison and is currently on house arrest while awaiting a trial date or a fair resolution of his case. NICK OCHS

Nick was arrested on 1/7/2021 in Honolulu HI. He pled guilty on one count. He was then sentenced to 48 months of prison, 36 months of supervised release, and ordered to pay a a $100.00 special assessment, a $5,000 fine, and a $2,000 restitution. Nick Ochs is a journalist, humorist, and former Marine. Although he has appeared on TV networks as varied as PBS and Russia Today, his brand “The Ochs Report” has now been banned on mainstream social media but survives on Telegram. He is currently serving four years in federal prison for taking part in the January 6th event. Ochs now writes the world’s first AI show from prison, called “Censored Letters from Prison,” available on Censored.TV.

MICHAEL PERKINS

Michael Perkins is a 40 year old man born and raised in Plant City Florida. He is currently serving 48 months for crimes he did not commit. Michael is a devoted, God fearing family man. His beliefs in the Bible and who God created him to be condemn the things he’s accused of and his convictions and love for his Lord would never allow him to commit such egregious acts. He is faithful in his church and involved in many outreach ministries through his church. Such as, teaching Vacation Bible School (his class missed him terribly this year) also, helps in a local homeless shelter and pregnancy center, just to name a few.

DOMINIC PEZZOLA

Dominic was involved in sports throughout high school, loved by his coaches and team. He has always been an honest and hard working man. He was a paper boy at a very young age. He joined the Marines right after high school He is married and the father of two grown daughters. He turned himself in on 1/15/2021 and was detained at DC-CTF aka the DC Gulag. He was sentenced to 10 years of incarceration, 5 years supervised release, a $700 fine and a unknown amount of restitution. His case is on appeal.

CHRIS QUAGLIN

He has been incarcerated since 4/7/2021. He is the father of a little boy, Nathan, who was born a few weeks before his arrest. He has seen neither his wife or son since 4/7/2021. Chris has been moved from jail to jail. Suffering from Celiac disease he still has not been able to get the correct diet to keep his health from deteriorating. His lawyer filed a Writ of Habeas Corpus for which a decision has yet to come. He has been greatly abused in all the different jails.

BARRY RAMEY

Barry is an aircraft technician from South Florida who honors God and has a deep love for America and the Constitution. As of this writing, he has been sentenced to 60 months, has been incarcerated for over 575 days and his family needs help with funding for an appeals lawyer. HOWARD RICHARDSON

Howard Richardson from King of Prussia, PA., is 72 years old. A Vietnam Veteran, Howard operated a Martial Arts Gym in his town. He did not enter the Capitol on Jan 6 but was charged with assaulting an officer. Arrested in November of 2021, he pled guilty to lesser charges in April of 2022. He was sentenced to 46 months in prison, 3 yrs probation, and $2000 restitution.

TJ ROBERTSON

TJ’s story is one of the most dramatic stories that hasn’t even been told. He was pronounced dead in Iraq in a body bag when somebody saw movement and opened the bag up. He was still alive! His leg was hanging on by a thread but he lived. This is why he carries a walking stick when he is going to be on his feet for a long time. TJ’s main intentions for going to January 6th was to protect Trump supporters from the violence we had been witnessing on TV. He was arrested on 1/12/2021. He was sentenced on 8/11/2022 to 87 months in prison, and ordered to pay a special assessment of $510 and $2,000 in restitution. He is serving at FCI Allenwood Low.

BARTON SHIVELY

Bart, a veteran and patriot, was arrested on 1/19/2021 in Harrisburg, PA. Though he has cancer he was incarcerated and spent most of his time at DC-DFT. He was sentenced to 18 months in prison with credit for time served, as well as 3 years probation, and ordered to pay fine and restitution. He has been released and needs help for his medical condition. He is waiting to receive a bone marrow transplant at a VA hospital.

GEORGE TENNEY

George was arrested on Arrested 6/29/2021. He pled guilty to two counts and was sentenced to 36 months of prison, 36 years of supervised release, a special assessment of $200, and a restitution of $2,000. He is currently serving his sentence at FCI Elkton, OH.

JESSICA WATKINS

Jessica Watkins from Ohio is a US Army Ranger who served in Afghanistan. Jessica was a local bar owner, a volunteer firefighter and a respected member of her community in her hometown before January 6th. Jessica was arrested on January 18, 2021 and held in Dayton before being sent to Washington D.C. She was sentenced to 8 1/2 years of prison. It is unclear what the amount of supervised release is and the amount of assessment and restitution.

MATTHEW WEBLER

Matthew was arrested in Decatur, GA on 12/3/2021. He was in the process of adopting a little boy, a dream that was unfortunately shattered. He pled guilty to one count and was sentenced to 45 months in prison, $500 in restitution and $10 special assessment.

CHRIS WILLDEN

Chris was arrested in Oakhurst, CA on 6/30./2021. He pled guilty to one count and was sentenced to 24 months of prison, 36 months of supervised release, and ordered to pay a $100.00 special assessment and $2,000.00 in restitution.

KYLE YOUNG

Kyle has been incarcerated since April 14, 2021. Kyle is 38, married and has 4 children. He had a career in commercial HVAC before his arrest. Kyle accepted a guilty plea and was sentenced to 86 months in prison. He is currently being held in Arkansas at Forrest City Medium Federal Correctional Institution, which is 10 hours away from him wife and children. His release date is 05-23-2027.

Tim Rivers – A Native of Florida, Tim was a retired IT engineer, Fortune 100 executive and writer.  In 2021 he began writing letters of support to January 6th prisoners and documenting their stories and their messages to supporters and America. The Art of Confinement

Thomas Jefferson said “When The People Fear the government, there is Tyranny.
