Welcome to the first VTF newsletter! Like many of you—I am coming to understand the phrase “Patience is a Virtue”.
It has been three long years since I began the development of AVPT, our Learning Management System, implementation of a troublesome Resourcing system (which was not done at the same time as the LMS system) Slowly building our resources of qualified VTF to deliver both online and workshop courses and put in place the processes and staff needed to ensure as smooth an operation. Talk about Chicken & Egg scenario's!
I console myself with these words: “Courage and perseverance make difficulties disappear and obstacles vanish” Exhausted but excited, it is like having your hands on the handbrake whilst the wheels are spinning and aching to be set free! We are almost there and like another old time saying goes, “Go confidently in the Direction of your Dreams!” Pressing On….
