When I started Modloft in 2005, it was nearly impossible to find alternatives to upscale European furniture lines that, for many modern enthusiasts, are out of reach. Companies offered either high-end design with price tags to match or inexpensive and unimpressive imitations. I wanted to change that, to provide discerning consumers sophisticated, but accessible, collections of home furnishings. So we started with an innovative production process.
