holeshot in front this time with Kathan and Karl drafting off of him. Maier was battling with Erdmann and midway through lap two Erdmann slipped past to begin a charge after Karl. Erdmann bobbled just enough on lap four to let Maier slip back in front of him and by lap five Maier had gone past Karl. Maier made his move on Kathan at the Daytona corner and Erdmann out jumped Kathan at the next jump. Maier held on in second while Erdmann settled for third at the checkers. In 250C moto one Timothy Fischer and Jason Lucht rounded the holeshot together. Before the first lap was over Fischer had gone to the back of the pack and Lucht soon had pressure from Daniel Kraemer and Shane Cooper. Lucht went down and as Kraemer passed him Cooper saw his chance to start setting up a pass. As they hit the holeshot corner Cooper pulled along side Kraemer and then jumped into the lead over the triple. Cooper held onto the lead to the checkers with Kraemer chasing him and Colton Bentz finished third. Lucht grabbed the moto two holeshot and stayed out front to the checkers. Fischer settled into second while Bentz had his hands full holding third as Cooper put pressure on. In the end a 1/4 day took the overall for Cooper edging out Bentz with a 3/3.
