eads Racing Unlimited had racing action at the Trojan track this father's day weekend. The turnout was smaller than usual, but those who raced enjoyed their seat time. Saturday morning, in the 250C class, Levi Johnson, mounted on a Kawasaki, came out of the gates fastest and took the lead. Cordi Pattison, Kyle Kline, and Caden Roberts were behind, battling it out for second place. Roberts opened up the throttle, and moved ahead of the others, with Kline not far behind. Roberts rode solid, and finished second, behind Johnson. In the second moto, Johnson took the lead again, and rode to a perfect 1-1. Another battle was going on behind the leader as Roberts and Kline were locked together. Kline found himself ahead of Roberts this time, and was able to maintain his position. Kline, running 3-2, took second overall. In the Supermini class, Braden Groves was able to take the lead both motos, ahead of Alexander Dalton and Chris Christman. Groves ran 1-1 and Dalton 2-2. Madison Johnson rode to both moto wins in the Womens 12+ class, while Elizabeth Puckett and Emily Eubanks battled it out for second place. In the first moto Puckett

moved into second place, and was able to stay ahead of Eubanks. Puckett was riding in second place most of the second moto, but then had some difficulties and wasn’t able to finish, and Eubanks was right there, ready to move into second place. The 14/24 class had some fast riders today, and was a fun group to watch. Taylor Routh, mounted on a Yamaha, took the holeshot in the first moto, followed by Jeffery Thode Jr. and Levi Johnson. It didn't take Thode too long to get around Routh. Johnson also found an opportunity to get past Routh, but had to work hard to stay ahead. Thode Jr. won this moto, followed by Johnson. In the second moto, Thode took the early lead and set the pace. Johnson and Routh battled each other again. This time Routh Madison Johnson pulled into second posi-

tion. Johnson worked hard, but was not able to catch Routh this time. Thode finished 1-1. After weeks of no rain, it began to rain for the first moto of the first four races Saturday evening.
