25. DISCIPLINARY POLICY

can be served in the Concacaf League, or other Concacaf recognized club competition in which a player or club official is eligible to participate.

24.7 The violation of article 12 part 5 of the FIFA Disciplinary Code shall result in a fine amounting to USD 1000 for the first five team members sanctioned, plus USD 200 for each additional person of the team that has been sanctioned. An additional USD 500 will be added to the respective fine for each case of repetition.

24.8 Clubs and other persons bound by these regulations will not bring disputes before ordinary courts of law. Instead of recourse to ordinary courts of law, provision will be made for arbitration. Such disputes will be taken to an arbitration tribunal recognized by Concacaf or to CAS.

25. DISCIPLINARY POLICY

25.1 Disciplinary action will be taken for non-compliance with the following matters. Further matters will be reviewed by the Concacaf Disciplinary Committee depending on the severity of the violation.

25.1.1 Late Submission of Documentation – Teams which submit their administrative documentation after the deadlines outlined in the Competition Regulations and/or Circulars will be fined as follow:

25.1.1.1 1st Offense USD 500;

25.1.1.2 2nd Offense USD 1000;

25.1.1.3 3rd Offense USD 2000.

25.1.2 Late arrival at the stadium - Due to the team’s negligence, including late departure from team hotel causing late submission of the Start List (delays the match preparation and the submission of the start list to the broadcasters & media):

25.1.2.1 1st Offense USD 500;

25.1.2.2 2nd Offense USD 1000;

25.1.2.3 3rd Offense USD 2000.

25.1.3 Late departure from the locker rooms – Teams that delay the 1st half or the 2nd half Kick Off- Coach will be suspended for the next game in addition to the following:

25.1.3.1 1st offense

• If 1 minute or less USD 500; • If 2 minutes or more USD 1000.

25.1.3.2 2nd Offense

• If 1 minute or less USD 1000; • If 2 minutes or more USD 2000.

25.1.3.3 3rd offense

• If 1 minute or less USD 2000; • If 2 minutes or more USD 4000.

25.1.4 Lack of Security – Including but not limited to the following:

25.1.4.1 Fines ranging from USD 1000 – USD 5000 depending on the severity of the offense:

• Inadequate inspections of bags and spectators at the entrances; • Inadequate response to flares and other pyrotechnics in the stadium; • Inadequate response to fans throwing objects onto the Field of Play or within the stands; • Inadequate security staff at the stadium.

25.1.5 Media Violations – Including but not limited to the following:

25.1.5.1 Fines ranging from USD 500 – USD 2500 depending on the severity of the offense:

• Coach and/or players not attending mandatory media activities; • Photographer or film crew inside the locker rooms; • Non-compliance with minimum standards • Negative comments about the match officials or Concacaf.

25.1.6 Minimum standard Violations:

25.1.6.1 Fines ranging from USD 500 – USD 2000 depending on the severity of the offense:

• Non-compliance with match protocol; • Inappropriate behavior from players and team officials; • Unsporting and discriminatory conduct; • Non-compliance with Competition Regulations
