HKTECH300-HOWTO GETSTARTED FAQ?

The 1st talk for this year's ENTREPRENEURIAL TEAM talk invited Mr. Victor Lau as the speaker. He briefly discussed how to get start of HK TECH300 and answered residents questions one by one.
