Join our summer camps team! Choose from arts, history, sports, gymnastics, climbing, teen and day camps.

CAMP PAHA (Age 16+)

Work with individuals with disabilities from ages 6-25. We will focus on FUN with a range of activities and field trips.

POOLS (Age 15+)

Be a lifeguard or cashier at our pools. Three indoor pools are open year-round, and outdoor pools and splash parks are open Memorial Day-Labor Day.

TRX® FUSION–7 WEEK

Challenge Level 3-5

SESSION

This is a higher intensity circuit style class designed to quickly challenge you while building strength, balance, flexibility and core stability . Each class will incorporate the use of TRX® straps, free weights and body weight .

TEEN STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING –FOUR WEEK SESSION

This Teen Strength and Conditioning class is tailored specifically for growing athletes who are looking to properly gain strength and athleticism The focus will be on increasing athletic performance as well as injury prevention through the use of muscle motor control and coordination, core strength, speed and agility training, and balance and flexibility . This is a great class to complement current sports or to do during the off season

Ages: 13-18

$65 Resident, $75 Nonresident

Essentrics® is based on eccentric strengthening which stretches the muscles then strengthens them in the elongated positon creating a lean toned body . This class helps to increase muscle strength, and flexibility Posture and form are emphasized Class may be taken in bare feet

HOOPFIT™

This cardio and tone class uses hula hoops to give you a fun and energetic workout Lots of emphasis on coordination, balance and core stability

LA BLAST®

La Blast® is a dance fitness program based on the ballroom dances . It is partner-free and uses music from every era and genre .

This pre-choreographed class, challenges your core You will work the powerhouse muscles of your body, to enhance your posture, balance and overall strength . You may use weights, band, but mostly body weight

LES MILLS TONE™

Challenge Level 3-5

Les Mills Tone™ is a 45 minute format that combines blocks of strength, cardio and core training into one complete and convenient workout You will use weights, bands and body weight

POWER CYCLE

Challenge Level 3-5

This class is a great cardiovascular workout . Pedal through hill climbs, sprints, and many other challenging drills and exercises . All levels are welcome . Remember to bring a towel and water bottle!

REB3L GROOVE®

Challenge Level 3-5

Reb3L Groove® fuses hard hitting choreography with HIIT mechanics and powerful music resulting in a high intensity boot camp style fitness dance format, complete with colored lights!

STRETCH

Challenge Level 1

This class is an hour of stretching This allows participants to do a variety of stretches for different muscle groups, using the extra time to hold the stretches longer for more benefit .

ZUMBA®

Challenge Level 2-4

A Latin-inspired dance fitness class with body-moving music make this a dynamic, exciting and effective fitness system . By combining varying rhythms that tone & sculpt, you achieve a balance of cardio and muscle toning benefits . Dance moves are easy to follow and may include salsa, meringue, hip-hop, country, rock, flamenco, and belly dancing (to name a few!) . Its exercise in disguise!
