Premise
Plektos is the story of the construction of the strategic vision able to inspire the operational actions that led to the construction of the operational plan (plan socioeconomic of the park and Integrated Territorial Project) approved by the 80 municipalities of the territory of the National Park of Cilento and Vallo di Diano and Alburni. In financing Plan the Region and the Ministry of the Environment have also adopted selection criteria according to the political point of view of the territory. And this was a policy response to the formation of a new political subjectivity that even the institutional process of construction of a City into the vision of a macro-region and the formation of a model of local governance based on horizontal subsidiarity and on inter-institutional cooperation. The integrated project for the city was patchy fragmented funding projects ranging in scope: (Ecological Network of the Park, Integrated Project Certosa of Padula, PIT of Velia, PIT of Paestum, Pit Tourism held by the logic of funding to individual municipality and / or individual works). In this way it has been removed the hope or betting which also remained in camp for five years: the strategic planning process had to start processes of formation of new coalitions and new political-institutional social aggregations that give to the macro region the idea of belonging to a new city of city in which the word landscape was no longer perceived as non-city but on the mental and behavioural level belonged to a new urban contemporary.
