Incredible sights with delicious flavors and libations, you can find it all around Santa Fe. Food Tour New Mexico, Wander New Mexico Food Tours and Santa Fe School of Cooking are a few of the several small tour companies that offer a peek at history along with great food and wine tastings. If spirits (the libation kind) are more to your liking, check out Santa Fe Spirits’ Distillery Tasting Room in downtown. Learn more and find more options at SantaFe.org.

The history of New Mexico can be found in the many museums and cultural centers in the city. The Indian Pueblo Cultural Center is not to be missed – a great introduction to the 19 pueblos in the state. Albuquerque has many galleries that present the works of both local and international artists. The galleries are found all over town, from Old Town to Nob Hill to Uptown. Public art is widespread with concentrations in Downtown, University/Nob Hill and Old Town areas. Live performances can be found at the Albuquerque Little Theater, KiMo Theater, and Popejoy Hall on the University of New Mexico Campus. Check out VisitAlbuquerque.org for all sorts of ideas regarding arts, culture and history.
