CAFP has significantly reallocated resources to fight for family medicine’s priorities through the California State ƵĚŐĞƚ ŽǀĞƌ ƚŚĞ ƉĂƐƚ ĨĞǁ LJĞĂƌƐ͕ ĂƐ LJŽƵ ŵĂLJ ŚĂǀĞ ŶŽƚŝĐĞĚ͘ CAFP remains deeply involved in legislation, but the opportunity to FUND primary care-focused programs, not ũƵƐƚ ĐƌĞĂƚĞ ƚŚĞŵ͕ ŝƐ ǁŚĞƌĞ ƚŚĞ ĂĚǀŽĐĂĐLJ ƌƵďďĞƌ ƌĞĂůůLJ ŵĞĞƚƐ the road.
