Part of a new urban development of former railway grounds the project was developed in participation with the future residents. The housing unit is a prominent testimony for the Viennese concept of a so called social sustainability. It was distinguished with the Wohnbaupreis 2015 of the city of Vienna. The sunken garden close to a room for common use is a key part of the outdoor design. Amply roof gardens are provided.
