WYATT GRADISNIK & CHARLIZE SAVANNAH GOODY
Tell us about your career as a model. How were you discovered?
Wyatt @marshallgradisnik - I was scouted by an agency when I was shopping and was asked to submit some photos and then the agency asked me to come onboard and I built my Instagram account after that. Charlize @charlizegoody - I had a dance photoshoot about 2 years ago which I had a lot of fun with and my mum began an Instagram account for me to show my photos. I have worked with many photographers since then. I had a few photos taken when I was younger by family friends who were photographers. In your own eyes, what was the moment that your career really took off? Wyatt - When I started getting accepted for magazine publications. Charlize - Same as Wyatt, when my photos were published in magazines. Also when my followers on Instagram have grown beyond a number I was expecting. What’s one of the most interesting shoots that you’ve done? We think coming together for this amazing shoot on the beautiful broadwater on the stunning Gold Coast in Queensland Australia is right up there. The shoot was on a beautiful Sunday afternoon on the amazing 80 foot yacht; Crystal Blue @crystalblueyachtcharters and to share this spectacular location was amazing. Blue water, blue skies, clean air and wonderful company. Did you ever have a crazy experience during your modelling career? We had the pleasure of shooting together at Boggo Road Jail @boggoroadgaol

in December and there is much history in that place and I think it felt positively haunted while we did that photo shoot. The images were amazing though.

What was the biggest change in your life after entering into modelling industry?
Tell us something that's true, that almost nobody agrees with you on.
Wyatt - I like to think I haven’t changed that much but have realised modelling is a lot of fun and balancing everything can be challenging. Charlize - The biggest change in my life would be the learning to balance my school work, my sports training and time for photoshoots each week. Have you reached your dream assignment yet? If not, what would that dream assignment be? Wyatt - I think every shoot is a new adventure and I love pushing the boundaries and trying to be creative and different. Having to pick just one dream assignment is so hard, I think as long as it’s fun with awesome people it has to be a dream assignment. A runway in Europe would be absolutely amazing though. Charlize - I really enjoy all the shoots I do, meeting so many fellow models and their families, such talented photographers, hair/makeup artists and stylists. I think my dream assignment would be to shoot a campaign for a sports company like Nike or to walk the runway in Milan or New York. What’s a typical week like for you? Wyatt - lots of study, lots of surfing, lots of beach time and a photo shoot too. Charlize - During the School term, I have School, homework, sports training (swimming, athletics, volleyball
Wyatt - that surfing is one of the safest sports and that sharks leave you alone. Charlize - that butter chicken for brekky every morning is a great start to the day. Give us 5 facts about you, people may not know. Wyatt - I’m a Pisces, I love sushi and chicken nuggets, my favourite colour is blue, I’m learning French and I play the saxophone. Charlize - my favourite TV show is Brooklyn 99, I am the youngest in my family, my favourite subject is technology, my favourite food is prawn nigiri and I love to do sport and keep fit. What’s next for you? Wyatt - lots of living life to the fullest and having fun. Charlize - taking each day as it comes and enjoying all opportunities that I get. Do you have any advice for those who want to start modelling? Wyatt - just be yourself and try not to copy everyone else. Be kind to everyone and be persistent but above all enjoy yourself. Charlize - exactly what Wyatt said. It’s about being yourself and just going with the flow. Don’t give up.

VIVIANA SOLDANO Tell us about your career as a model. How were you discovered? My father was the world-famous Italian designer, Sergio Soldano. His charming personality made him beloved by all. This resulted in the greatest of friendships shared with actresses he designed for — most notably, Elizabeth Taylor, Gina Lollobrigida, Ursula Andress, Joan Collins, Raquel Welch, Monica Vitti, Virna Lisi, Veruschka von Lehndorff, Grace Jones, and many, many more. Growing up and watching my parents, I saw the amount of hard work and dedication that it takes to make your passion a reality. Hence, I took that with me when I started my own career — modeling first in Europe and Japan, then later in the U.S. where I now reside. In your own eyes, what was the moment that your career really took off? I think my career always been pretty steady but Just like my father, not the type to settle, always wanted to do more and give back, so in 2014, together with my husband Bruce FaBrizio CEO of Simple Green, we started Amore for Dogs Foundation, to raise money for shelters and rescue dogs around the globe. What’s one of the most interesting shoots that you’ve done? It’s hard to say which one was the most interesting I would say most all of them but I found shooting outdoor very interesting. You never know what to expect and most of the times in order to find the perfect spot to shoot, you had to
walk a lot or climb somewhere or even put yourself in a somewhat dangerous situation in order to get that perfect shot! I think the more challenging it is the more interesting. I love trying underwater shooting as well with long designer’s gowns. It’s very challenging to look amazing underwater but you push yourself and get it done. I love what I do so I don’t mind the challenges. Did you ever have a crazy experience during your modeling career? I always been blessed working with most professional people in the industry and generally I’m very organized person so I do my homework before each shoot. Of course I’ve done many crazy fashion shots but when you are well prepared, you can handle the situation. What was the biggest change in your life after entering into modeling industry? I think learning about myself, gaining more confidence each day and returning back to the community. If you follow your passion, you will make it! Have you reached your dream assignment yet? If not, what would that dream assignment be? Well! Since I started my Dog Foundation with my wonderful husband Bruce, I started new a project, building a Dog Haven for dogs and save as many dogs as we can. I think is a beautiful project and story to tell. I like to do a documentary and maybe TV reality show one day.
