Kronos The Rock Keyboarder Sample Library with Program Presets Bank for Korg Kronos. This is the right soundbank when you are looking for really strong Rock style sounds. It comes with 24 fantastic handpicked multisamples created with the famous vintage analog synthesizers Matrix 12, Jupiter 8, Minimoog plus the Andromeda A6, the famous string ensembles Solina and Godwin Symphony. And of course the Hammond B3 is provided as typical Rock Organ, even with original Leslie Cabinet valve distortion. Also a Mellotron Violin section and Yamaha CP80 Stage Grand is included. The remaining Pianos, Choir and Electric Piano etc. samples are recruited from the Kronos internal ROM content and nicely shaped with Rock style Program Presets. In total this sound collection comes with 50 ready-to-use Program Presets perfectly efficient for stage purposes. They are perfectly made for instant use on stage and for studio recording. No gimmicks, no selfplayer poser sounds, just straight Rock sounds which simply work fine in any music production.
General Controller and FX Assignment And a decent Controller Assignment system allows a perfect performance control. The standardized Controller programming for Control Knobs 1-8, S1 and S2 switches, Ribbon, Joystick works identical for each Preset. SW1 always acts as Octave Down button, the Ribbon controls the brilliance, Realtime Knob 5 is the Attack Time modulator, Knob 8 allows to adjust the Effects Intensity and so on. Each Program Preset provides the sound with this standard Controller assignment which is the same for the all Program Presets, plus a ready-to-use Drum Pattern and one KARMA setting.
